Terrible experience. If anyone has managed to get your money back message here how to do it please.
I placed a bid for a car through them and trusted their process. They withdrew the car from sale at the last minute for no valid reason - I ended up losing many thousands because of this.
Excellent company to deal with. Simon was especially helpful with exportation of vehicles
365 helped me from beginning to end. Open and upfront. Even went the extra mile to help me deal with all paperwork needed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a bid for a car through them and trusted their process. Later I discovered they do not even have a real local office and everything seems very suspicious. I ended up losing £12,000 because of this. No proper support, no transparency, and no accountability.
Awful service, I would never recommend this organisation. They have hidden fees and add late payment fees when you’ve paid on time. I’ve raised a complaint with Uk trading standards who have stated I’m not the only one with this experience.
I didn’t receive a car or service and since they have stopped answering my calls.
Update: 365 have replied with false allegations but yet they have added Multiple positive verified reviews. I think trustpilot really needs to look into this company and their activities.

Awful experience there’s about 20 other people I know who have had a terrible experience from 365. Invoices have hidden and undisclosed fees and reserves are never met but you still end up winning. I would avoid these guys and definitely ask for a viewing before you bid as I promise they won’t let you.

The buyer’s premium, VAT, administration fees, and any applicable transport or relocation costs are clearly displayed prior to bidding and form part of the auction terms and conditions, which are available to review before placing any bids, along with our helpful support team that can answer any questions you have.
Additional costs such as vehicle movement are required on some occasions and are quoted separately once a vehicle has been purchased. We do however, offer free collection on all lots.

I purchased a car from 365via the auction website as soon as I had purchased the car , I received an invoice from 365 consultancy & I paid for the car in full , and was arranging to collect the car and when was told that there is further charges that was not mention previously! I paid those fees, and then I was further notified there is other fees, before I was able to collect the car?
They gave me an address which did not exist and after numerous conversations with someone that did not care ,further money having to be paid, they finally gave me the correct address which was in a field in the middle of nowhere, I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company as they are unreliable, and on trustworthy,

We strongly dispute the claims made here. All charges are clearly set out in advance within our published auction Terms & Conditions, which are accepted prior to bidding. This is also stated clearly in the description of each listing. We do not apply hidden fees.
In this case, the vehicle was located at the vendor’s address, which was clearly communicated. Collection details were provided in line with this.

My partner was recently scammed by this company and lost £15,000 of our life savings. After taking the money, they sent additional fraudulent invoices, inventing so-called “hidden charges” that were never mentioned beforehand.
They also told us that the car could be collected in London, but we later discovered it was actually located in Scotland.
This experience has caused us significant distress, and it appears the company operates dishonestly and misleads customers. I would never trust a positive review against this company. Guarantee you they are not real. 365 are now ignoring our emails and calls. We have also sent them letters which bounces from there dodgy offices.

Called 365 to view a car they had on ibidder. They said I can come and have a look after I have registered on ibidder. I registered and then asked to book a viewing they kept changing the dates of the viewing and said they can send me a video as the car is not at their site. These guys are scammers! I have also contacted ibidder who have confirmed they do not verify any bids and are only a platform provider.
Be aware guys and girls. I’m lucky I haven’t lost money like others on here. I don’t understand why the police aren’t doing anything about this!

Thank you for your review. After checking our records, we can confirm that you were informed of our viewing policy, which allows viewings to be booked up to 24 hours before the auction ends. On the day the auction was closing, you repeatedly contacted our team requesting an immediate viewing. As we explained at the time, same-day viewings aren’t possible.
To accommodate you, we arranged a video call so you could see the vehicle without delay. You declined this and insisted on an in-person viewing, even after we explained our policies multiple times. When we reminded you to provide notice next time, the conversation unfortunately became abusive. Due to this your account as I'm sure you're aware has been blocked.
We did our best to meet your request within our procedures and aim to be fair to all respective bidders.

I bid on a G-Wagon listed on i-Bidder that ended in the evening. Next morning I spoke to Simon at 365 Consultancy to confirm details such as where the vehicle was to be collected from as I didn’t want to incur storage fees. He said don’t worry, the car couldn’t be collected that day so no storage fees would be charged. Off I went to the bank to make the transfer for the first invoice. Little did I know the nightmare that was to begin!! My main bank wouldn’t make the transfer as 365 Consultancy flagged up as possibly fraudulent. The cut off for payment was looming at 2pm and I was concerned about the late payment charges. I repeatedly made contact with Simon (over 15 calls) with questions I needed answering, he gave misinformation and not once came back to me when promising each time to call back. Eventually I got another bank to make the transfer. Then I get the second invoice for the fees 26 minutes before the 2pm deadline leaving no time to authorise the bank transfer. Why they couldn’t send just one invoice seems to be part of the scam. Then I get a third invoice at 2.40pm with late payment charges and I have until 2pm the next day to pay it before more charges will be added! I repeatedly call and get unhelpful Simon and Ben telling me it will get sorted and the invoice will get adjusted. Then I get a fourth invoice cancelling the sale altogether but they’re keeping the buyers premium, storage fee, re-listing fees, admin fees…in total they have over £43,000 of my money and now won’t even speak to me on the telephone!!! I have instructed my solicitor, this company must be stopped.
Don’t ever believe any five star review these guys are real scammers.
Bidded on a car It didn’t meet the reserve but I’d won apparently. They requested payment which i initially didn’t make. Thy then threaten you and try to negotiate all outside of bidspotter. Unfortunately I paid them I fell in the trap. At first I thought it was too good to be true but then they come out with hidden fees! Late payment fees and storage when their auctioneers notes say payment deadline is 5pm and car is on site. No mentioned of these charges in your invoice at first.
Ask them to view the car before any payment. I’ve reported them to action fraud and the police.
Avoid at all costs I’ve lost over 15k
many others like me who have lost money and got nothing!

Keep we’ll clear of this lot bought a Vw at auction for £4000 by the time 365 had finished they wanted £11000 when I had already paid £5700 I then cancelled and there bill came to yes you guessed it £5700 complete sharlatins lies and threats all the time steer we’ll clear
