Overall absolutely excellent!!
Excellent customer service!!
Unfortunately I can't find the staff members names on the website or anything but the man who works their (probably the owner) was excellent and really helpful with info! I bought a brand new Bambulabs A1 combo with the AMS lite and a bunch of filament! I have had such success that I have been back for more filament colours because they have such excellent service and great variety of filament colours. There was a young girl (maybe early 20s) when I first went in to buy my printer and she helped run me through the filament options and was very patient when opening about 20 different boxes to help me decide on filaments to buy!!
TL/DR: Excellent service and great variety of filaments!

WOW TY 3D Printing.
Although they had run out of the printer i was after, they did offer me a demo model at a lower price. I agreed and it arrived several days later. Since i have been using 3D printers for about 15 years, i did my norm and did a full inspection. Some connector had come loose but, quick were put back in place and then the test. Prints just like a brand new one and zero problems. Thanks to 3D's staff for their friendly and polite help.

The print quality was flawless, with precise detail and a smooth finish—far better than anything I've used before. Turnaround time was fast, and pricing was more than reasonable for the high standard of service.

DO NOT BUY FROM!!
DO NOT BUY FROM!!
They are advertising parts that they do not have, I bought and PAID for an item and then they told me they didn't actually have any. They sent me a different cheaper item, which worked, but would not compensate me for the difference and are now ignoring me.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and any confusion in communication. We did inform you that the 5mm inner pulley wheel was out of stock, and based on your request, we provided the 3mm hole size pulley wheel, which is priced the same. If you believe a refund of $6 is necessary and can acknowledge our approach with respect, we are happy to discuss a fair resolution.
Great experience.
The guy working the day I came in was so helpful and it was a great experience. Heaps of people came in at the same time and he was juggling stock as well but he made sure he approached everyone and did everything he could to help us all! First time going there for a spare part and even tho it’s a bit of a drive I’ll def be going back there for anything I need.
