Excellent company to deal with. Clothing returned as it didn’t fit. Posted package on Monday 16th. Credit refunded on Wednesday 18th. Brilliant!

I have ordered twice from this company and have been pleased with the fit, style and quality each time. Down the track I had an issue with one item and they very kindly replaced it. I am very grateful for the customer service I received.

I note the nasty OTT review below. My experiences with this company have been nothing but fabulous. Their clothes are very nice quality. Communication is quick and helpful. I've had to return a few items due to my getting the size wrong and I've been very promptly refunded or sent an exchange quickly. They're quick to send all your orders. Only wish is if they could also have a bigger size model for their clothes and not just a slim size. I highly recommend them and their beautiful quality clothing and service. Thank you Andy.

I was offered a 10% discount for my first order, I placed an order but I did not receive the promised 10% discount. I emailed them and Andy responded by trying to mislead me by stating that the code couldn’t be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
I informed Andy that it absolutely does not state that MYFIRST10 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
In fact, there are no terms and conditions listed that would prohibit combining this offer with others.
Given this, I kindly requested that the 10% discount be honoured as per the promotional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Should this issue not be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to cancel the order in its entirety and file formal complaints with the ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading for misleading or non-compliant business practices.
Andy immediately canceled and refunded my order and I will be proceeding as promised with my formal complaints to the authorities.
Do better Andy.
