Very efficient and professional service. Ana Sunjka, our relationship mamager, was very informative about additional products that matched our requirements.

They are very serious, very professional. No hidden fees and a very efficient customer care with a dedicated real support, not like Wise or other fintech where you speak every time with a new support (now usually AI assistant) that trysolve your problems with copy/past replies....

Following a comprehensive assessment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with onboarding at this time. Based on our internal evaluation, the engagement does not align with our current risk appetite and strategic criteria, and as such is not considered an appropriate fit for our organization.

I recently applied for an account with 3S Money and paid a €100 verification fee during the process.

At no point before or during the application was it clearly communicated that there would be a €1,000 onboarding fee (with €900 remaining after the verification fee). The only cost I was made aware of initially was a €100 monthly fee, which is what informed my decision to proceed.

Only after completing the application and paying the verification fee was I informed of the significantly higher onboarding cost (an additional 900 EUR)
This lack of upfront transparency is very concerning. Pricing is a critical factor when choosing a financial service, and such important details should be clearly disclosed before any payment is requested.

Please note that they are proper unprofessional and are very bad in communication. They have a relationship manager by the name of Joe Betros, This guy is a proper scammer, he will onboard you company and beg you to give him volumes for FX, once you start doing volume he will try to block your funds and blame it on the compliance. This guy is really unprofessional and he hardly answers you over whats app or emails saying nothing is in his control. A lot of business we reffered to 3s have suffered the same way incliding ours as this guy is a proper snake and tries to damage your business instead of working on improving it.

Please avoid this company at all times and also try to not work specially with Mr Joe Betros as he is a proper unprofessional lying piece of trash. I hope he gets fired and banned so he cant ruin other businesses.

The consultant Chaimaa Zghari was extremely professional and knowledgeable, guiding us clearly through activating our account; Chaimaa made us feel really at ease; she handles the client very well with clear communication and deadlines met; very helpful and friendly, always ready to resolve issues quickly; we found great empathy and proactivity; highly recommend!!!

Selfish financial institution.
I will never encourage anyone to open an account with 3S Money….
Because they’re extremely selfish Bank, all they care about is their Selfish interest, their monthly charges and commissions. Their clients business growth and interest is non of their concern.
Imagine they can place your account under their so called compliance review for months, No payments coming in neither can you also withdraw your money, your account literally not working BUT yet they will charge you monthly fees while your account has been restricted and not working.
What kind of selfish attitude is that…!!
