Great service

I came in to the store to buy a server rack. I am a wheelchair user and the boys serving me were super cool. Please pass on my appreciation. Thank you.

Perfect communication

I appreciated being reached out to when stock was in question and being presented with options. Friendly crew, and prompt communication.

Bonus points for the choice in courier, was a very friendly bloke.

To be clear the 5 star rating I am…

To be clear the 5 star rating I am giving just means;
I got what I paid for
delivery was prompt
there were no difficulties or issues.

That said I feel like 5 stars should be for going above and beyond but there was no issue requiring them to go above and beyond. So no complaints but there was nothing in the transaction that put them to the test like a missing item from my order or a faulty product to test how they would respond to a difficulty. So I am giving 5 stars because I have nothing to complain about.
