I bought a Rack.
The delivery was extremely fast, at least faster than I expected. It actually arrived 2 business days earlier than I expected, which actually was a good thing, it arrived on a friday rather than a monday.
The rack itself is well-built and solid.

Exceptional service
Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the staff member that served me, (Hemmant QLD store) however he was extremely helpful, very polite and highly knowledgeable.
In spite of my vague description and a fuzzy screenshot from the site, he collected what I needed in a minute - even sorted out my corporate account details. Amazing service! My only complaint is that there isn't a 4Cabling on Brisbane south side - that's it.
