I placed an order and I got it on time . I loved their customer service

Great shop, fast shipping, perfect items.

I placed my order on the 27th March and only got it on the 5 of july. The support lady kept giving me excuses.
Very bad communication and I will not be buying from this company again

I recently bought a headset and I'm in love! The service was amazing, they've been nothing but kind when I ran into a problem and the delivery went smoothly, 10/10 would recommend 4evatech!

If I could give a ZERO score, I would. Ordered on the 29th of April 2026 because the website indicated that the item was "In stock". Since then, all whatsapp messages have been generic. I have tried to cancel my order, request a refund (I even bought the exact same item from TakeaLot and it was delivered within 2 days), and still they are "trying to locate my item from the supplier". They are refusing to refund me my money. BIG SCAM! Stay away!!!
