Josh was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating
Every step of the process he kept ne informed and ensured that i felt 100% confident on my options on different home lenders and fixed + variable rates
Always willing to check even if i had questions unrelated, like a second home of 70% lvr (even though iwas only at 80%)
Easy to contact and get hold of, you can feel the enthusiasm and passion he has for getting good deals and talking about mortgages, loans and finances

Josh was recommended to myself by a close friend.
I approached Josh with what I thought would be a difficult and somewhat problematic mix for refinancing.

As I work for myself it was definitely not a straight forward process, at no point was it too much for Josh.

His communication throughout the process was second to none. He even flagged a couple of things that are required throughout the process which are not part of his responsibilities but as a courtesy reminded us of them which saved the settlement process from unnecessary delays.

Josh was amazing , he made sure that the paper work was a quick and easy process and worked well over weekend hours after we put in an offer on our new house to make sure all the paperwork was through promptly. He is very good at what he does and we have every confidence in recommending him to others .

Josh has been brilliant with organising our mortgage, and more recently going through a couple of refinances. Very attentive, and huge attention to detail. his communication was fantastic and didnt have any issues explaining all the details to a couple of confused home owners. Would 100% reccommend him.
