This is my first time ordering but I needed some badge reels for my non-profit event. The prices were very competitive and as soon as I ordered they reached out. Verified everything about my customization and let me know they will be in touch as soon as it's ready. I got a tracking number in an email and instructions on what to do if something is damaged. Then, a follow up upon delivery. I will be ordering from them again.
