I purchased this training mat and program for my 9-year-old son, who plays competitive soccer, thinking it would be a great Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it has been a complete disappointment.

The ball is too large for the mat, and the drills do not line up well with the program itself. On top of that, the voice narration is unsettling and scary, my son describes it as “demonic”to the point where he refuses to even have it turned on.

The return process is equally frustrating. There is a very strict 14-day return window, and even then, many items are not fully refundable. This was not clearly communicated upfront.

Overall, this was a waste of money and caused more stress than value. I do not recommend this mat or program, especially for children.

I am unable to display the app on the TV screen as they advertised. There are no proper easy to use instructions on how to do that. I have a Huawei pad and the 4Kickerz app is not available to download there. I was able to install it on my Samsung s23 but the screen is too small for it to be effective to use for practicing. Also the App is not very clear on how to use it. Because of my negative experience, I decided to check out the reviews and though there are not that many reviews altogether, the number of bad reviews was quite concerning. However what was more concerning was the responses to the bad reviews. They were all the same regardless of the review. Cut and Paste jobs. That indicates the company does not even care about its own reputation

Not nearly as engaging as I expected. The mat and socks are essentially bonus props for the app. They are not interactive! My child has no interest in using it.... Don't waste your money, Google soccer drills on YouTube! It's honestly the same thing!!!

Fast shipping. My son has improved his skills a lot. Even his coach has noticed the diference. Highly reccomemand.

Great product. The app is fun and easy to follow. My son's touch has definitely improved. If you put the time and effort into the practices you will definitely see the results.

There are a good variety of skills to practice. Moving forwards it would be great to have some more skills added to the app.

Received the product and decided to return as an unwanted present. Followed the return policy on their website precisely (Sent within 14 days with fedex at our own cost) and sent to address on the website on their return page. Then followed and back and forth email exchange with "Laura" who told us we'd not sent it to the right place. At the time this was not clear on their website (They've since changed it i've noticed) That was on the 8th July and here we are on the 20th August and no refund. Chargeback taken out against them. Terrible service and wont give you your money back - keep away from this company at all costs.

The 4 kickers system is great! My children love using it. Their ball mastery has improved greatly since purchasing 4 kickers 8 months ago. So good to be able to practice everyday, rain, hail, or, shine. I highly recommend this system to all ballers 10/10!!
