I've loved everything I've ordered from them, I'm wearing 7 of their bracelets as I type this. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they sent me a shipping label to return the bracelet and sent out a new one. This company rocks and is helping improve our oceans.

Just received my 4ocean support frames and masks. They are both excellent and fit me perfectly, even with other masks that I have. One benefit is I use oxygen and it doesn't get in the way of the H20 nose piece and helps hold the tubing in place. So an additional benefit! I will certainly replace when I need replacements or direct others to purchase.

I have bought the bracelets and now the mask frames. Use one yesterday and found it to be very comfortable.
I live in Canada and the order took 20 days. Most of the time was in the US. I received my tracking number immediately.
This is a great group and company. Would recommend them fully.

I support this effort to clean the Ocean. I don’t want the products, I just want to support your goodness in helping to clean up our mess. I am a recycling fanatic and then I realized some of what I recycle winds up in the dump. So now I’m trying not to by plastic at all. It’s hard since everything comes in plastic. Anyways, congrats on your 15th million tons. May God bless your endeavors.

I placed an order 3 days ago. My bank account was charged right away. I thought there would be a hold until the order was shipped. I have not received a tracking number yet..the status of my order still says "unfulfilled" I emailed them twice and no response. I am contacting PayPal and my bank today to report this as fraudulent charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I read the reviews and liked the fact of what the organization stood for. I could have purchased almost same idea from another competitor for a few dollars less. I felt supporting there goal was important enough to pay a few bucks more. I am "assuming" they are legit. I only see ocean every couple years. Anyway, they definitely light weight. I was nervous at age 50 when I set up at home to try out, you want to use arm rest to hold self getting up and down. Found out quickly that not greatest idea, it lifts and then reclines while attempting to lower self to the chair height. Just be careful, I was able to adjust how I was getting down lower without falling onto or over. It's a learning process. Hopefully in sand easier not harder. LOL.
What I didn't like was that I ordered on a Sunday afternoon. Assuming would be filled Monday or Tuesday. Shipped maybe by Wednesday. If you read there fulfillment and shipping stuff. I was charged on Credit Card by Tues. Not a hold. Fully paid.( Pay Pal/ Discover) Yet order wasn't even processed. I starting emailing asking about. After 2 emails that same week. They made a Fed Ex label Friday. Great a tracking number. Yet not picked up or shipped. I then Sent another 2 emails following over that weekend and following early week. They replied quickly within 24-48 hrs. of any emails I sent. That was the only reason I didn't call Pay Pal and Discover and dispute and cancel the order. I never had a charge be processed fully without a shipment in motion. The chairs finally got shipped Wednesday, and tracked, and received on Saturday. I just wandered if wasn't cause I kept emailing. That I finally got the ball moving. I won't use till June, I wasn't trying to be impatient, but when you hit my card and fully get paid I expect to see movement on a purchase. So just watch between ordering and charges, that you get your shipment within a reasonable time frame. It will set off alarms whether its's legit or not. I am glad that I made purchase again for the whole save Ocean part. Not a negative review, just a cautious one. I would have given 4 stars if I hadn't felt like I had to babysit the situation through everything. Maybe they need to work out shipping dept. issues? Thanks. See how they work in June.

I only wish I had read other reviews about this product. The plastic frames are a joke. almost impossible to attach to the mask and it leaves gaps, so this mask does not fit close to the face defeating the purpose to protect from virus.

The products are lousey. I bought the frames for face mask and they are difficult to put on. Once on it pulls mask away from face. My glasses fog up and the plastic tabs hit the bottom of glasses. My mask has big gaps around nose and chin. I bought the bracelet for the charm.The charm is miniscule. You can't even see it. the bracelet looks like something you made at camp as a kid.

I purchased at least 4 of these bracelets. Two broke and the company replaced them right away.

My name is Mary Gasparine, I purchased a box of 12 bracelets for my grandchildren, they loved them. However, one of the bracelet has frayed. Can you let me know how to replace the bracelet. Her bracelet is blue/light blue braid holding the beads together.

I love the bracelets and the ethics behind the company. My ONLY complaint is the metal charm. If 4ocean could make the entire charm round it would be more comfortable. I wear them all the time and the pointy part of the “4” always digs into my wrist’s. It can be uncomfortable and I can’t remove it because it’s sewn into the bracelet and I don’t want to ruin it. I just hope for a reconsideration of the design. It’s great otherwise!

I've purchased nothing so far; my review is with some of the hysterics of unhappy customers. It's a shame that one feels their dissatisfaction is worthy of throwing out whatever accusation suits them, regardless of the truth.
While bad reviews are often justified, I've read many that aren't. That's not a review, that's a tantrum.

Learn to pick your fights.

The 4ocean face mask support frames were a game changer for me! It almost made it feel like I wasn't wearing a mask at all, and after a little adjustment (which the company says to do) my glasses no longer fog! Being a teacher and needing to wear a mask around my students all day, they can hear me more clearly, I feel like I have more room to breathe and I don't have to keep cleaning my glasses every 5 minutes. Definitely worth the price of the 4-pack to buy!

The face masks are nice looking and comfortable, but the plastic face mask support frames are rather uncomfortable and difficult to attach to the masks. I don't recommend buying them.

I bought the masks. Unfortunately after wearing one at work for the day, my face became itchy and swelled. All around the area where the masks sits on my face. Very uncomfortable and very painful. I won't be wearing them again.

Ho ordinato un bracciale, dopo due mesi ho mandato una mail dicendo che non arrivava, e stando al codice di tracciamento era bloccato nello stesso posto da più di 3 settimane senza motivo apparente.
Mi hanno risposto subito con molta professionalità e mi hanno spedito immediatamente un nuovo bracciale che sta volta e arrivato in breve tempo.

4 ocean took care of a previous issue I had with the delivery of my masks right away. I am happy with their response.

amo questo coler salvare il mondo nell'imprenditoria con idee come questa, ovvio che ci sia sempre qualcuno che lo sfrutta per guadagnare, ma meglio 1 azienda in più che ha iniziative green che una in meno

I bought several different bracelets from 4Ocean. Unfortunately, one broke, which was nicely replaced without any problems .. The new one then broke again, and agin in the knot-lock. And their Customer Support was not very helpful, and because it has now been over 12 months, it's just a shame they say, and adds that instead they could offer a free-shipping on a new order if I wanted to replace it.

Maybe you should focus on making some bracelets that last longer than 12 months .. At least I do not support you anymore.
