In such cases, the payment is not credited to your 4RABET balance, and if the funds have been debited from your bank account, they are normally returned by the banking/payment system. This process may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment network and your bank.
Regarding your earlier deposit from 20 July (SUP-1651687, UTR: 211280901968), this case has already undergone a complete investigation, including a review of the bank statement you provided. After all completed checks, the final status remains Failed, as the funds were not received into our bank account, so the deposit could not be credited.
