Disappointed - 4Rabet locked account during DOGE withdrawal
My player UUID is 056521cf-6f40-494e-b00a-7fb2c52155a9. I requested a withdrawal of 65.794 DOGE, which was first canceled saying "missing profile verification". But when I tried to verify, they permanently blocked my account claiming fraud (Rule 13) without any proof or investigation. I have already complained to the Curacao Gaming Commission. Unfair and scam behavior by support manager Nirvan.

On the same day, the transaction status in 4rabet showed “Paid Out”, but as of 26 May I have not received any money in my bank account.

I am told that the withdrawal is in the final stage with the payment provider and the bank, yet I have received no concrete update or solution. I have already contacted my bank directly and provided them with my bank statement, and they have confirmed that no such credit has been received.
I specifically requested the UTR number or any transaction reference from 4rabet so that I could verify the payment with my bank, but I was told that this cannot be provided. At the same time, support replies feel automated and my problem is not genuinely checked or acknowledged, even though I have successfully withdrawn money from 4rabet before without any issue.
I request that 4rabet immediately credits the full amount of 53,750 INR to my bank account without any further delay and provides clear and verifiable transaction information, so I can confirm the payment on my side and this matter can be resolved urgently.

Deposit not credited
I deposited 15,015 four days ago, and it was credited only after 3 days. Today, I deposited 10,003, and it has been almost 10 hours, but it is still not credited. Customer service keeps telling me to “wait, wait.” I even received a message from the bank confirming that the money has been successfully transferred to the beneficiary.
I really don’t understand what kind of system you have, as every payment I make takes at least 12 hours to process. I am very, very disappointed with this app and its service. Even simple tasks take too much time.
You call me a VIP customer, but this is not the kind of service a VIP customer should receive. What is the benefit of being your customer for the last 3 years if my problem is never solved? Every time my money gets stuck, I have to keep requesting for help, and still, nothing gets resolved.
Shame on this app. I am extremely disappointed. Honestly, it feels like fraud every time, yet I still trust this app and deposit money again, only to face the same issue.
You should seriously improve your system and provide better training and knowledge to your customer service representatives.
