I joined 4XC after it was recommended to me multiple times. What's standing out the most to me is their exceptional support, whether it's through Andrei L., who is my direct contact, or through their live chat systems. They also have very stable charts, i.e. no huge spikes in high volatility scenarios that take out your stops, which I have seen many times with other brokers. Overall I am very happy to have chosen 4XC as my broker!

PROBLEMA COM RETIRADA! A minha experiência com essa corretora não é das melhores. O suporte não responde ninguém e depois que eu fiz o depósito ela bloqueou minha opção de retira. Estou até agora tentando obter uma resposta para sacar meu dinheiro. Não liberou a opção de eu negociar e bloqueou a opção de retira. Não a indico até o presente momento.

OBS: Estou tentando responder a resposta de vocês abaixo mas não estou conseguindo, então vou aproveitar esse espaço para responder.
Primeiro, eu tive o problema com vocês SIM. Eu não iria vir escrever aqui se não tivesse nenhum problema e graças a Deus que depois da avaliação que coloquei aqui, imediatamente vocês liberaram meu saque. E o suporte de vocês é pessimo mesmo. Só me responderam por que eu vim aqui. No mais, meu muito obrigado pela Trustpilot nos disponibilizar essa página para reclamar de atendimentos péssimos como o de vocês!

In my forex journey 4XC is the best broker I have worked with. Their spreads are very low, and no unusual market manipulations. Their customers service is the best I have noticed. Withdrawals are very quick. I found this company through Alpha Fx Academy.

Im Februar eröffnete ich über einen Bekannten bei MAG Markets ein gemanagtes Konto mit 3500 Euro. MAG Markets migrierte in 4XC. Die höchste Balance in 5 Monaten war knapp 4000 Euro. Letzte Woche wurden aufgrund zu hohem Floating alle Positionen liquidiert. Das Konto ist platt und am Ende ist "der Markt" schuld. Bisher erhielt ich trotz Anfrage bei meinem Bekannten, angeblich Mitinhaber bei MAG Markets, keinen detaillierten Auszug meines Tradingkontos. Auf frühere Anfrage, warum ich nur die Zahlen im Backoffice sehe und keinen Zugang zu meinem Handelskonto via MT4 oder MT5 bekomme, hiess es, dass man die Trades nicht offenlegen wolle. Aus meiner Sicht sehr dubios. Mir wurde zwar zuvor ein niedriger Spread genannt aber Transparenz gab es keine. Mein Fazit: Finger weg!
