TERRIBLE customer service

Customer service at 50 crowns is absolutely terrible. Firstly, they self excluded my account without my permission. Secondly since my account is closed I have asked for two simple things. 1.) to fully verify my account so that when my open bets settle I can close the withdrawal 2.) Give me a listing of my open bets so I can monitor my bets as they close.

40 emails later with their VIP agent Amy, they still haven't done either of these. I have never experienced incompetence to this degree before.

SCAM CASINO

SCAM CASINO! Do not deposit here. Just straight up stole my $100 deposit. Sent them the ledger and txID as proof, they said it was "below the minimum deposit" and just stole it. Told them 10 minutes prior i deposited a smaller amount so they're just straight up lying. Heinric is a TERRIBLE support agent and a straight up thief and liar. Im guessing the support agents are just stealing the crypto if they're not the owners too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM CASINO!

Edit: Also, ignore most of the 5 stars. They PAY YOU to leave a 5 star here. Got confirmation from a popular casino discord (with proof). Stay far away from this one and its affiliates.
