I ordered four different shirts with fun golf sayings. One was supposed to "YOUR HOLE IS MY GOAL" as it said in the product description. Upon arrival I noticed it said "YOUR HOLF IS MY GOAL". I informed customer service about the misspelling to which they told me if I look really close at the thumbnail image, it says HOLF and perhaps it was a play on words blending Hole and Golf. They even went so far as to tell me it is my fault for not carefully reviewing the thumbnail even though it doesn't match the description which clearly says Hole. Offered a trivial refund or a discount on a re-puchase but would not replace. REALLY????

Extremely poor communication, customer service skills can definitely be improved and time frame of order.
Will not be purchasing from you again.

The ad was misleading thought I was buying a decal for my back tailgate of my truck got a little tiny flag will never do business with them again

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! ORDERED 8 custom pet ornaments received two, very small cant even read. Never received the remaining 6. Tracking states my order is complete. Sent 7 emails, no reply. Calling my CC company today to dispute. Waste of $131.00.

Would not buy from them again. When I received my order I was missing a pair of shoes and a pair was too big. Emailed and just got the run around. Here I am days/weeks later and still no answers to solve my questions. I'm beginning to think they're giving me the runaround so they don't have to honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Oh, yeah they advertise their clog as Crocs. But they are not Crocs. They are a cheap knock off.

I never received my item. I was able to track the package for awhile, but now link is broken. I placed my order over five weeks ago. I feel I’ll have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

They don’t tell you it takes a month to “make” the Clemson Crocs when they offer you expedited shipping for $14.95. Then when they FINALLY ship there’s tracking but you have to pay for the app and they did not arrive in 2 business days as promised. The size runs really big for a womens 9 too. They also ignore your emails. Buyer beware!

The purse I ordered is nice, but the pictures did not look as nice as I had hoped, but still over all nice.

I ordered 3 pairs of Crocs, Dodgers, Raiders and Butterfly ones- I only received the Dodgers and Raiders Crocs. I’ve tried emailing and NOresponse very disappointed with this

I ordered a full size flag. Took almost a month to arrive, little/no shipping updates provided. When the product arrived, it was defective (one side right side up, opposite side upside down). I've been requesting a refund for several days with no response.

I ordered a wallet and a purse, got my wallet but not my purse. Emailed company no response, when I try to log on there home page I get a response that store is not available. Very disappointed, I would not recommend them to anyone.
