Save your time and money go elsewhere

Placed my order on Sunday night, website states that unless it's high volume orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours. Come Wednesday evening or they still had not been fulfilled and now have absolutely no time frame on when I'm going to get my order or a refund as they're using hurricane Milton as an excuse.

Would not have had to use Milton as an excuse had you fulfilled my order on time as you were supposed to have

We're sorry you had a less than perfect experience. We are not staffed on Saturday or Sunday at the warehouse, and we start fulfilling orders in the order in which they were received. We were in the middle of our Anti-Prime sale during your ordering period, and thus, were experiencing higher than normal order volume. As you mentioned in your review, your order could not be processed before Hurricane Milton started to have an impact (the state began shutting down schools starting as early as Monday morning). We could have done nothing sooner to send out your order as FedEx and USPS would not have picked up your package from the loading dock until the following Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced.

~ Lets hope 4 fine/healthy/Quality products for 5% brand ~

I dont really care much for the portion/measure cups, if they are 60, or 50, or even 40, like someones complain before... " I ONLY CARE FOR AN OVERALL FINE/HEALTHY/HARMLESS PRODUCT ". I recently received the 50~50% Quality~anticipated product (on Amazon reviews) "Rich Piana's 5% Real Carbs / Cocoa Heaven". I used the product now much enough to know it better. It has a very nice cocoa taste (somehow chalky but ok), and I have a good suspicion that the product helps with blood sugar levels. I cant be finally sure if this product is much healthy in long term use, but I will find this out eather way (be sure about that). I know in 5% They have a truly Legendary Name to keep Alive and Clear in terms of quality. I'd personally be very worry and wary, as a worker or even more as a Ceo there, if I had to keep alive such a name/heritage like this of a Legend, Rich Piana, at the Top 5% of Supplement brands... Keep Trying hard for 'good healthy products' guys, THATS ALL I HAVE 2 SAY for summarry. And if needed, let the measure cups drop some below average. Because no one's stupid anymore, and everyone wants a healthy product, and many of us (if not all), we monitor our overall health every single day, especially if on these 'Kilo powder' supplements. I leave this comment here with much careship for the 5% brand, and i'd really like to be able to give them a 5 star rating someday soon. Much Love 5%._

The product got to me the day it was estimated. The product was everything the website described it to be, and the website had an easy user interface. Think I'm going to using 5% Nutrition for a long time!

I bought almost one of everything

I bought almost one of everything and I love all of it it has a purpose and just like rich said these things are tools to add to a good workout and a ton of food and these tools really make it easier to maintain all the main stays of my work our regiment and diet sometimes you need carbs and sometimes you need the preworkout and pump bcaa formula is on of the best I’ve used thank you for making Rich Piana’s dream to live on I believe he would be proud
