I have been very happy with my experience with 5 Star. The whole process from the initial design of the conservatory to its construction and fittings has been excellent.

Absolutely brilliant service by the team at 5 Star. Right from the outset a few months ago when I was deciding what configurations and opener dimensions I preferred, throughout the process of supply and even recently with the final completion tweaks we have received a fantastic service. I called to ask could they come and check the door as it needed a slight adjustment and it was dealt with within 24 hours. I also asked about 2 internal trims that we had damaged whilst decorating and the next day I had a fitter arrive who had come to replace as they said they were in the area so wondered if I would like them changed. This isn’t the first time we have used 5 Star and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The showroom is a welcoming environment with an abundance of choice and colours and frame style - there was no sales pressure which I liked.

Excellent service from the outset. Salesman Louis was very polite and helpful in our choice of replacement patio doors. The fitter Paul was brilliant. Completed the job on his own in 4 hours, which included cleaning the work area and cleaning the glass. Highly recommend this company. Will use them again.

Excellent product and service. We're delighted with our new windows and front door. Communication with the team throughout was very good and our fitters Anthony and Curtis were professional, courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend.

This is, without question, the worst company I have ever dealt with. The entire experience has been a complete shambles from start to finish, with consistently poor customer service and a complete failure to take responsibility.

From the outset, basic measurements were wrong. The patio doors were supplied approximately 100mm too short, and the front door was mismeasured, leaving us stuck with a door that opened the wrong way for weeks. These are fundamental errors that should never happen.

The problems didn’t stop there. The flush casement windows are not fit for purpose—they are too heavy for the hinges supplied. After multiple failed attempts to replace both the windows and hinges, it became clear the company was unable to resolve the issue. We were left with the impression they had effectively given up trying to fix the problems and agreed that compensation was the only way to bring the matter to a close. As a result, we have been left with defective windows that still do not function properly.

Despite making final payment, we are still yet to receive the FENSA certificate or any warranty documentation, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about aftercare and compliance.

After months of chasing, the managing director eventually attended. This only made matters worse. His behaviour was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He also made inappropriate and offensive remarks during the visit, which was wholly unacceptable.

The only saving grace was the installation team, who were professional and clearly doing their best despite being let down by poor products and management. The fault lies squarely with the company, not the installers.

Work started: November 2025
Marked as “completed”: March 2026 — despite the fact the issues remain unresolved.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.

Louis was on time for our appointment. He wa polite and easy to get on with. We did not experience any hard sell pressure.

I have had new windows fitted in my propory by 5 Star and I am very happy with them. There is no longer a draft in my living room, the noise from the road has been greatly reduced and the windows look beautiful. Everyone at 5 Star was very helpful, the whole process was very quick and my proporty was treated with great respect. I could not be happier, thank you.

Highly professional trustworthy service . We have used 5 star windows before so had faith in their service and after care support. The designer, surveyor and fitters were all hugely professional and helpful with excellent communication through out. We are really pleased with our window replacing. I have not been able to give five stars unfortunately because we did not receive a professional service from the scaffolding company subcontracted by 5 star..

A very professional service from start to finish. The sales person Ran was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding which door to order. The installation of the door was carried about by Paul who kept us informed on what he was doing and carried out the work to a high standard. This was followed up with checks that we were happy with the door and the service we received.

Great team. Would highly recommend! From start to finish we were super happy with the services. Ethan went above and beyond. Then Jake & Rob who fitted the windows did a fantastic job, they were very friendly, efficient and did a great tidy up job. The windows look perfect and I will definitely be coming back. Not only this but also Kate who checked in to make sure everything went smoothly - again super friendly and professional. Really happy with the service throughout.

Fantastic service from 5 Star Windows and Conservatories from start to finish. They designed our new front door exactly to our taste, and we’re so pleased with the final result. The fitter completed the installation extremely efficiently and professionally, and the whole process felt smooth and well handled. Called in with a few issues with the front door. Charlotte was extremely helpful and talked through all the problems and said with all the issues we could have a replacement door. She was very knowledgeable, polite and showed great customer care. Would highly recommend

Called in wanting to know what colour our door was so we could paint our garage the same colour. Spoke with Charlee in service and she was very helpful. She even offered to let us have a paint pen to test the colour first. Even though this wasn’t an issue with our products Charlee gave us the same amount of care as if it was. She emailed over all the details which was perfect and we can keep for future reference.

Haven't had windows fitted yet but the service so far has been very good. Patrick (the rep) was very pleasant and helpful, I hope the rest of the team are too.
