If there was an option, I'd give zero stars. Stay well away they'll take your mo ey and not give you chance to win, what I'm saying is you can't always win you can't always lose that should be the case, but with these you'll lose everytime.

I deposited £990 then I got a free spin on the wheel and won €5 so £4.36 I then placed a bet for £994.36 and it won returning £3738. However because I used the bonus as a bet i had to play 30 times the bonus plus the deposit before I could withdraw. I needed to play through nearly £30K due to being given a €5 bonus. I kept asking to withdraw and they lowered the play through to £20K but I failed trying so lost it all. They don't seem to be regulated so they are free to operate as they like. It's rubbish that we can't seem to complain to anyone.

This is top legal Scammers you can't get any withdraw from them because they find a lot of excuses.. if is possible to to pay 100£ they will do it but very very slow.. but if you want to withdraw a big amount they will reject the withdraw every time and they will tell you a lot of lies. But don't try it . Is very nice built just to attract you but they will take all your money and they will not pay nothing.

I really wish that I'd come on here before giving any money to this company. I say company! Deposited and payed through quite a bit. Decide I wanted to withdraw, and that's when you get the issues.

Constantly rejected. Customer Support live chat are totally useless, I don't actually know what they are there for, except to tell lies about the support team getting in touch via email.

My documents had been verified about a month ago.

Eventually heard back that my withdrawal was rejected due to wagering. Ana told me (this was about 2 weeks after trying to withdraw).

So, managed to complete this as requested, and then tried to withdraw again, rejected. Tried all cards, accounts, even changed the amount slightly just in case.

I navigated different sites and found this site. They had Instant Banking option which I like since I don't like using Mastercard for casino sites.

I deposited 300 euros. They gave me a bonus which I didn't activate. The reason is most games are restricted when you have a bonus.

So I played and made it to 3000 euros. No contact from them.

Two days later I played and made them 7000 euros. No contact from them.

10.000 euros. No contact from them.

A couple of days earlier I had got down on my knees praying to Jesus to help stop gambling. I promised to stop gambling, so when I saw that I had 10.000 I started to cry because for the first time in my gambling life I was able to translate casino money amount into what I could get for that money in real life.

So many years gambling and I was so tired of it. The other day my kids said "dad, why dont you ever buy us bikes?". That hurt as hell. Two days later the tax authorities asked me of 5000 euros. The same day my wife reminds me it is soon her 50 years birthday and that she knows that I have planned something. I hadn't of course.

They said: "You went from betting 50 euros a bet to betting 10cents and then back."

Betting 50 euros; sometimes the bonus sumbols don't appear. Not even one symbol even though you need three to trigger the bonus. So my tactic is always to switch to 10 cents until the bonus symbols appear, even if it is only one symbol. And then switch back to 50 euros again. It is not science and I always end of losing what I win, but it is not illegal.

So logging in again I see they have changed my balance to 300 euros again.

I feel devastated. My kids still haven't got any bikes and my wife doesn't know. I will ask a friend for a 5000 euros to help me out so I can buy bikes and vacation. I will ask the tax authorities for time delay.

Stay away from them unless you want to lose your money. Having registered and account fully verified, having deposited hundreds of pounds, finally won just under £200 and they kept rejecting my withdrawal and giving no reason.

I have been betting in this website for perhaps a month or more and I have never managed to successfully withdraw my funds.
After a lot of communication with them and all kinds of rules that I had to follow, simply withdrawing was not permitted and my funds were always returned.

The last thing they told me after I could not complete their bonus requirements and I was left with my deposited sum, was to 1x wager my deposit amount. Even after that the withdraws were not accepted.

Furthermore, the company has a chat option and if the questions are payment related they always send you to their customer support through their email. As you can think, they stopped replying. I was in communication with Ana Petrova during the time of the bonus wagering and after that I stopped getting responses.
They have rules for max withdrawal which even their live chat do not know what the max amount of withdrawal is. They returned 200 euro withdrawal on my 700+ euro account balance....

Stay away from this website if you do not want to get into this endless net of lies.
