I am CEO of a founder owned business that was recently acquired by a California based private equity company. We had a functional "keep the lights on" accounting department that was ill-prepared for the rigors of lenders, audits and debt compliance. We had to completely transform our finance department in a very short period of time. We engaged 80/20 to help. They paired us with an interim CFO, Controller and FP&A. All of them were seasoned professionals who hit the ground running. I was amazed at how fast they were able to learn our business.
