88tech saved the day! My team was installing a new network in Switzerland when we found that our wireless controller was bad. 88Tech had the part and shipped it FAST to save our trip. Fantastic communication too! My new favorite UK vendor!

Ordered and delivered within 36 hours, despite being immediately before Christmas, item as described. Suitable for TrueNAS without flashing the bios (supplied in IT mode). Delivered in robust packaging. Note - no physical manual supplied but online manuals are trivial to locate.

bought a 2.5" hard disk from them just over a year ago (had to chase them for delivery). Drive is now dead, and tried to RMA to Seagate using the 2 year warranty. They said no, as it was "re-certified". turns out it was taken out of an external caddy, and sold as internal. Have tried to contact 88 Tech 3 times ...but no response...

Very poor after sale service. I purchased a fitness tracker through them on Amazon which stopped working after just 11 months when warranty should have been 2 years. After several emails to the seller (88 Tech) I got no response whatsoever, NOTHING. Amazon kindly stepped in after 14 days to provide the service you'd expect, however, I was told that 88 Tech were not on the sellers approved list of stockists, so I'd be rather dubious about sourcing anything legitimate from them in future. In fact, I won't be bothering just like they couldn't be bothered to respond to or look after one of their customers, now ex-customer. Thought it worth sharing my experience. Buyer BEWARE!
