Scam,Support is too long and all platform are terminated.My Demo account is passing profit and no longer process for funded and no reply form all channel.

This is the first time ive ever written a review about a propfirm because its my first prop firm and it was a very bad experience! I started my journey with this propfirm back in july. I passed the challenge in a few weeks and got funded immediately. Requested my payout after about a month of trading but it took them two weeks to reply to my payout request. They said i didnt meet the 33% rule so i continued my trading until i met that rule. I met 33% rule this month and when i went online to request my payout, it is unavailable. After further research i found out they no longer accept US citizens and this was back in August!! I didnt receive any email or any form of communication about this! This is very bad business ethnic and everyone looking into do business with this prop firm should be very aware! They haven't even changed their website that says they allow US citizens! I'm not even sure if ill get my initial challenge fee back. Stay away from this firm!

Let me make this very clear — I have not posted any false or misleading comments. For the past six months, I have simply been asking for my rightful money.

You provided me with a Live Account Dashboard, but it has not been updated till now. In the last six months, I have made a profit of $800, but this amount has still not been credited to my account. I have only been asking why this profit hasn’t been added and why my money hasn’t been paid — that’s all.

Instead of addressing that, you closed my account without proper explanation and now claim I am on a “banned list.” This is highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.

Furthermore, I have never received any proper email or official communication from your side regarding this issue. Now you’re only responding through social media, which is highly inappropriate for a company that claims to be professional.

If your firm is truly legitimate and transparent, I request clear answers to the following:

The exact reason and proof for closing my account (chat records, violations, etc.).

Why has my $800 profit not been credited to my account?

Why is the Live Account Dashboard you provided still inactive?

Why have I not received any official emails or updates from your team?

Easy to trade forex with their MT5 platform. Fast order executions with good spreads. Great customer support. Quick to respond.

Happy to be a funded trader with 8figuretrader. In my opinion their 1-step challenge is better than most modern instant funded accounts. You’re able to pass their challenge with a HFT Expert Advisor so it’s essentially like an Instant Funded account but with better daily drawdown limits and easier to get a payout.

This company if scam please don’t pay any $$ you will loses all you money . They closed account Without any notification 📣 scammers company don’t .

My account was locked when I tried to log in, but I emailed support and they resolved it in just 5 minutes. Super impressed!

A few weeks ago I learned that 8figuretrader was able to offer MT5 to US residents with their HFT program. After registering, everything went smooth and I passed my evaluation seemlessly. Today I received my funded account and am excited to work with them.

Excellent service, easy platform, and total professionalism - couldn't ask for more.

I completed all the requirements for my payout — followed the lot size rules, maintained profit consistency, and placed my own trades — and on July 8th, 2025, I emailed 8figuretrader.com to request my profit split for Account #127532.

Shannon H. in customer support replied, asking for my MT4 account number AND password to “verify” the account. That immediately set off alarm bells.

In my years of trading with prop firms, no legitimate company has ever asked for my MT4 password during a payout request.

But against my better judgment, I reluctantly provided it on the same day.
Since then? Total radio silence.

I followed up again on August 1st, 2025, requesting an update — no reply. No payment. No explanation. Just a complete disappearance after getting my MT4 login credentials.

At this point, I have zero confidence in 8FigureTrader.com’s willingness or ability to pay me my profit split.

My experience strongly suggests that this company should not be trusted.

And frankly, I find it highly suspicious that there are so many positive reviews of 8FigureTrader.com on Trustpilot, considering the awful experience I’ve had.

It makes me seriously question the authenticity of those reviews.

If you value your money, time, and trading profits, my advice is simple: DO NOT INVEST A PENNY with 8FigureTrader.com.

***UPDATE 08/17/2025***

I responded to 8figuretrader.com’s Trustpilot reply by emailing them my USDC crypto wallet address on 08/09/2025, so they could issue a full refund of my application fee as they stated. However, I have not received any response since then. I will continue to provide updates if they actually follow through and refund my application fee.

RE: Re: first and foremost, I'm not sure why the definition for Stacking is different from the 8figuretrader website. It’s unfair to customer, breached account with a new rules that create misleading.

And according from the last reply. refer to the trend on XAUUSD on 25JUN, it’s not an one way dropped trend at all. Even it was uptrend finally, it’s no way to say my trade against the direction. It's also not make sense to say my trade against the daily direction.

Please review the Request again. It will be heartbreaking if account breached like this.

here are the definition for Stacking in site
Having 2 trades open at a time is not considered as stacking or layering , however, once there are 3 or more positions open for the same instrument, in the same direction. You will lose your funded account. An example being you open 3 XAU BUY trades without closing any of the prior ones.
