Great value products that my dog loves - I love that I can pick and choose for cheaper than other sites that have pre-made variety boxes.

Great items at a great price, however packaging could be better. Treats just thrown into a cardboard box

The courier finally turned up on the day they said they would after failing to make the first delivery on the arranged date

Great boxes and delivery. I set up a subcription on my second box and contacted them by e-mail as I wanted to change something in the box. After no reply I have contacted my bank. There is no account to log into or way to pause, amend or cancel a subscription.
Go ahead and give them a try just don't subscribe until they sort out there website.

1st box I ordered didnt arrive but I notified them and they sorted it straight away and sent a new box out which arrived quickly. Great products, good customer service. Will use again
