The first time I have needed help with my laptop and I have to say I am over the moon with the service I received, Andrew was so helpful, knowledgeable & informative, he did the session remotely which suited me better! He advised me that my laptop was not really fit for my purpose & recommended (and sourced) an alternative at a fantastic price! Over and above what he needed to do! A very happy outcome and I would recommend him highly! No faff just a genuine guy!

I had a problem with my internet connection that to me, with an inexperienced eye, seemed like a hardware problem. After discussing it with Andrew over the phone, he suggested that it could be software related and he talked me through a simple possible/probable fix. A couple of minutes later I was back up and running. He has now been added to my ‘trusted tradesmen’ contacts list. Top man.

Excellent service from Andrew when my desktop PC would not power up. Fast response to my call followed by a home visit to diagnose the problem. New power supply unit fitted and computer returned to me fully working (1 day earlier than promised!). Andrew is a friendly and knowledgable technician who also makes PCs from scratch, something I will bear in mind next time I buy one.

Andrew was super helpful and providing advice and then going on to build us a brand new gaming machine.

Andrew is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and punctual. He set my new pc up quickly and efficiently, explaining each step in layman's terms so that I could understand what he was doing, and showing a lot of patience with me.

Such great service from Andrew. Inquiry replied back to in no time at all and options and costs were all explained up front. PC managed to be fixed and even returned in less than a week and is running perfectly.

The technician was not just expert in his own field. He had a calm, collected, and reassuring manner which instantly told me that whatever the scammers had done to my pc would be put right. He was willing to give time to explain what he was about and to talk through problems. Efficient, trustworthy, and certainly not over-priced. If ever needed, he will be my FIRST port of call. I thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent company to deal with. Prompt reply on initial inquiry. Andrew explained all the options and costs up front. The computer was picked up and dropped back at the agreed time and I was kept fully updated throughout the process. Andrew also managed to save my data files. The computer now runs really fast, well pleased!

We have been using Andrew since 2015 , he knows excatly what he is doing as i have no clue !! I can call him up at any time for a remote session and he is so helpful and always fixes the problem , ive just had a new tower which he built and fitted , working great , would not use anyone else , lovely man .

Following the pandemic I found myself in a hybrid and agile working pattern with home working part of my new regular routine with delivering a lot of teaching from home on ZOOM and other virtual platforms. So having a reliable computer system has become a must for me.
I wanted to upgrade my system and this is the first time I have asked for the support of an outside provider. The service and ongoing support has been fantastic. I was consulted throughout the process and given a list of recommendations with minimizing costs one of the priorities - Time scales were given and kept to and regular updates on delivery times given throughout so I could organise my work diary accordingly. I had a number of anxieties making a major change and financial commitment like this and understanding and reassurance was given through out the whole process. The follow up customer service was also faultless on the one occasion I had to phone for help, Andrew diverted to me inbetween other appointments and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes. I will be maintaining regular contact with A1 PA services and using them for regular maintenance of my tech. The costs were less than expected - I wish I had known about the company years ago.

Our 20 year old desktop kept going blank and needed to be left alone for many hours before a start up was possible. We became concerned for our photo's and videos. Andrew assessed it and advised as it was so slow, when it would work, perhaps a modern one would be the best course. he safely transferred everything to the new box. First rate service and great price. Andrew could not have been more helpful.

Andrew was very honest about his expertise on Apple products and I was happy to engage him the rebuild my iMac. I found him friendly and very helpful. There were one or two issues relating to my Apple account, but he persevered and completed the work. Overall very happy with his work.

I was the victim of a scam which rendered my computer unusable. Andrew responded immediately, he was very helpful and efficient and I highly recommend his services to anyone in trouble.
