Joseph was polite and efficient. He gave a quote in line with 2 other trades people. I chose Joseph because he explained what needed doing, showed me pictures and got the job done. I would recommend. Thank you Joseph.

RE: leaking lantern skylight….Turned up next day..analysed problem and promptly fixed it.

Joseph Wilson and colleague and young trainee carried out lead flashing work on our leanto conservatory roof.
We were told that the brick dust and debris would be cleared off on the following Monday, as the caulk sealant had not yet formed a skin.
We are now still waiting, and despite numerous calls and texts the work is still outstanding, and now the guttering downpipe they removed and refitted has come out at the top joint.
We have been very fair and patient with Joseph, but enough is enough and so I am looking for someone else to do this for us.
I have informed Joseph that any cost entailed will be pursued through Small claims court if necessary.
Edit : have had reliable recommended chap to view the work, and he has pointed out that A1Rooflines failed to complete the job properly as they didn’t tamp the lead to form a good fitting to roof. This is why I have had water coming in when I tried to hose all the brick dust off! We have been completely ripped off !

Joseph came and quoted for repairing a garage roof. He was likeable but it was a lot of money. He called me several times and then said they had an offer on and reduced the quote
They didn't turn up the first time due to the van breaking down. Three of them arrived the next time and began work. About lunchtime, Joseph said that it was a tricky job as a lot of the tiles were snapping and breaking when they tried to replace the plastic sky lights. He said they were going to run out of slates and time. I assumed he'd say they'd have to come back but he said it would be another £1000 to come back for a day so I said to carry on as best they could and prioritise replacing the sky lights.
They finished at 5 having replaced 2 of the 4 skylights and doing less than half the roof repairs. They wanted full payment.
In the end I paid them £1200 and have 2 skylights that still need fitting and over a dozen spaces where tiles should be.
Nice young men who were pleasant and polite but I can't recommend them as they didn't make good on their quote and weren't prepared to return to finish the job or negotiate to ensure a satisfied customer

A1 Rooflines installed a dry ridge and verge system on an end of terrace house and replaced loose and cracked roof tiles. Polite and prompt communication, and a good standard of work. Competitive pricing. Would recommend.

I seen Joseph, as he was repairing a roof up the road. Since then he has done two jobs for me, both damage from the recent storms. Last week he took off my old felt from summer house and replaced it with a rubber covering. Yesterday he came with James his brother and took off my ridge tiles and replaced them with a new system in which they are bolted down. They turn up when they say they will and work until the job is finished and clean up as they go along, and take away the rubbish. I would definitely recommend them.

Chimney was letting rain in so called A1Rooflines and they came out straight away quoted a good price and did a great job. I’d use them and recommend them again. Top Job Joseph thanks.

Due to Storm Darragh I was in need of ridging tiles being replaced. I contacted A1 who came to give me a quote, Joseph from A1 assessed the damage and gave me a couple of options for the repair. He made me feel that I could trust him to carry out a good job.
We arranged for the work to be done a few days later. Joseph and his brother James came to do the repair, they cleared up after themselves and tidied up outside.
They even cleared the guttering and made the chimney more secure. The job was done to an excellent standard so thank you lads I would definitely recommend you and your company.
