I am happy with the guide of ever supportive and patience Samantha, she guided me through my compliance check and she made sure I left no stone unturned. I appreciate her great work and I’m finally happy to be in the team now. Kyle Smit and the team have been generally amazing and so supportive especially in maintaining a good status of my file. Am glad they were so patient with me submitting required documents and the communication is really effective. Great job!

Booking agents are phenomenal and there is regular work available in varied environments although you may need to be prepared to travel for shifts. Time sheets are very well laid out and pay is always in my account on time. One of the best organisations I have worked for and the staff are very approachable.

I don’t even know where to begin expressing what’s like working for this group. I will do my best to be as fair as possible... their rates of pay are good and in some cases very good. The two agencies within the group that I like to communicate and work with are; BNM and Mayfair. This is because BNM has been supportive and effective in resolving my timesheet issue and proactive with arranging payment for me when one of my shifts was wrongly booked. With Mayfair I have never had any problems at all!
As to Grosvenor and Ambition24hrs it has been a lot less pleasent experience. Some of the issues I encountered are: error in booking a shift and subsequent avoidance of taking responsibility for the error by the person who booked it - he arranged to pay me only after I send dozens of emails over four months demanding to be paid and even when it came to it the way the payroll put it through was confusing- it would have been helpful if they communicated in advance informing me how they going to pay instead of putting half of the money on “ pay advance” and performing crazy accounting acrobatics on my pay slip which was totally confusing. Continuing on, the classic issue with Ambision24hrs I’m having is that after expressing interest in a shift that is clearly available on the app I will either be ignored for an hour at the time after which time I will be informed that the shift is no longer available or on one occasion I was informed that “ people asked for the shift before me” which I was surprised about bcos my understanding was that the shifts should be allocated on first come first serve basis and if they want to give a shift to someone else then by all means do that but don’t keep it on the app for everyone else to see! This week alone I twice enquired about shifts which were available on the app at the time but after they aired me for an hour the replay came back informing “already taken” or “unavailable” ..whether this is going on or not it does look like they offer shifts to other people when I ask for them and once they booked it for someone else they replay to me saying it’s not available.
Several times my payroll was wrong and when emailed them to ask to sort it out I would be either ignored or receive an email to contact a different email address- they do pay eventually but that is beside the point bcos I want to be payed when I should not when it’s convenient for them! So, this is what’s like working for A24 for me
Recently applied for work with different agency as not enough work for me here and difficult to communicate with these people.

All the shifts are well communicated and well organised

I was very well supported by the Ambitions Grantham office, especially by Nicola. The weekly pay statement is reliable and easy to use as well as taking leave.

The first few weeks have been of mixed feelings and experience. Sudden cancellation of shifts ( I guess it comes with the job), however, staff try as much as possible to communicate updates with workers.
General going on well.

I don't have any complaints about my agency I never have a good agency like A24group they never disappoint me they always helping people to get work this is the best company ever Mrs Tracy Mrs Ann the best people ever I give them 200%

I usually get the shifts I want,
and the app is good.communication is also important , and regular contact.

The staff at Ambition24 is always friendly and the rates are generally excellent which is much appreciated in these difficult times.

A24 Group has been a good experience for me and with good clients. Being paid rate agreed at the booking of shift; no stories afterwards - which is a problem with most care agencies- is an excellent culture for A24 Group. Keep doing what you know how to do well. I am happy.

Good reputed company love working with 24 group and also good pay rate

I like working for A24 group because the way shifts are booked is easy and stress free. Usually the response is fantastic any time of the day although ambitions at times advertise shifts and when you shoe interest they don't respond.
But
At times on compliance some of the things you put like nmc pin valid or crb check is you who have a duty to check since you are my employer why should you bother us of which u have access.
And also asking for references when im already working for you, really I think its just putting unnecessary pressure on us.
Overally you are good and very professional.
