Hi Dawn, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the delay to your booking. We understand how important punctuality is, especially when it affects getting to college on time, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. The driver arriving late and then beeping was not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be addressing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
