Bonsoir, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. C'est bloqué à la date du 19 décembre pour une commande le 8 décembre. donc j'ai payé un produit que je n'ai pas reçu donc la note est de zéro. Je rectifierais mon commentaire si je le reçois ou si je reçois le remboursement.

I believe we have not recieved an email from you in regards to this parcel, but if you can please send an email to hello@a7europe.com we can looking into this first thing on monday for you.

We always try to monitor parcels in the background if there is a delay, but around the festive period it is not always possible for us to do so without prior notification from the customer.

If you can email us with your order number I can open a case with the courier first thing on Monday 😊

Je crois que nous n'avons pas reçu d'e-mail de ta part concernant ce colis, mais si tu peux envoyer un e-mail à hello@a7europe.com, nous pourrons examiner ton cas dÚs lundi matin.

Nous essayons toujours de surveiller les colis en arriÚre-plan en cas de retard, mais pendant la période des fêtes, cela n'est pas toujours possible sans notification préalable de la part du client.

Si tu peux nous envoyer un e-mail avec ton numéro de commande, je pourrai ouvrir un dossier auprÚs du transporteur dÚs lundi matin 😊.

Amazing singlet

I am giving a 5-star because I like the singlet(Raucsh tides blue) very much. I had problems with the shipping even though I payed for faster option but I dont know if this was A7's issue (Fedex told me that my address was not filled fully which is strange because i checked and in A7 website it was correct and full). Also I received sticker and appreciation card which was cute.

QualitÀt die Zeit braucht

Die Lieferung hat leider ziemlich lange gedauert. Nachdem ich geschrieben habe und dies angemerkt habe ging es aber ziemlich schnell und der Kundenservice war super.
Nun ist meine Bestellung da. Super QualitÀt und passt wie angegossen.
DafÌr auf jeden Fall 5 ⭐
Also wer bissl mehr Zeit hat, aber tolle QualitÀt möchte, kann hier gerne bestellen. 👍🏻
