Completing my Teacher's training from Aadi Yoga school has been a great experience, the teacher's are all very helpful, motivating and knowledgeable. They have provided a lot of reading material and even gave us the choice to repeat our course as many times as we wish. I'm glad I chose Aadi Yoga school for my course! :)

I really enjoyed the online 200-HR yoga teacher training at Aadi Yoga School. It gave me more time to digest what I'm learning and to have a rest in between classes. The instructors have full knowledge of what they are teaching and I definitely learned a lot especially when it comes to asana and yoga anatomy. I feel like I'm now ready to start offering/teaching yoga classes. The classes that we do daily gave me an idea on how I should cue my classes and the final exam gave me the confidence to finally teach my first class. I definitely got more than what I paid for 😁 Hoping to come to India soon to meet all the wonderful instructors and classmates that I've met.

First of all, I am so glad I choose Aadi yoga school. It was a wonderful experience . The program is very professionally designed , organized and conducted with the best teachers who are profoundly knowledgeable on the subject of yoga. The school also provides with the best reading material. Each one of us was given individual attention not only during the asana class but also in the adjustment, anatomy and philosophy classes as well. All of our questions were answered and our doubts were cleared before the teachers proceeded. I will highly recommend this school to everyone.

The 200 hr TTC taught by Rahul ji, Anant ji, Amit ji and Prem ji was very well designed and organised. I learnt a lot from all of them and really enjoyed the 40 days of learning and interacting with my classmates.

I had the best time during my yoga teacher training with Aadi Yoga School. The teachers were very well trained, funny and left you feeling strong and confident to continue on to be a successful yoga teacher. I very much will be recommending this school to my friends and family!!

I learned a lot of things about YOGA not only asana but also philosophy, anatomy, teaching.
Price is cheaper than other countries program but I was really satisfied with this course!!
They are professional and I got knowledge the authentic India's YOGA.

All teacher were kind and it was easy to understand even we are not English speakers.

I hope I can study at their school after COVID.

Thank you for the training. I was not sure if I could be able to YTTC on zoom, but the situation in the world is not allow me to travel to India easily, but I tried to face to the situation positively and I decided to take the course. And that was truly great choice. Asana class was intense and sometimes it was hard but I always got awesome feeling after the class. I’m so glad to have great Instructors for all the class and am into Yoga more and more now. Even the course was short only 40 days but my mind and body definitely have changed, more positive, stable, and happy.

It was a really good experience. Love doing this course, the teachers and all the team of Aadi all the time we need they were there, helping us.. a lot of material also it was given for us.
Weird doing this online but also I think it was great because we could have this experience in this weird times!

Very organized and helpful staff! They are supportive enough to help you with all the ways they can, even if the course was an online one. The finely structured course was informative in terms of theoretical and practice classes. Cherry on the top were the permission to enter into any batches running at different times, incase you miss your class. We got live sessions and later the recordings the class afterwards. I highly recommend Aadi Yoga.

Through BookRetreats, I was so lucky to find a week of online Osho Meditation with Swami Amarna - 1hr a day for 6 days, every day a new meditation technique.
It turned out to be a great and very interesting week! Apart from being a highly knowledgeable and thorough instructor, Swami Amarna is an utterly charming human being, who can only bring out the best in everyone. I can heartily recommend this to anyone looking for some good meditation guidance at home, in these Corona times!

On top, Jai from the Aadi Yoga School support team was truly supportive and helpful thoughout the week. It's not the last time I use this school.

This course is perfect in every aspects. The enrollment and the access to the course are very well organized. The contents are complete and of high quality : practice, anatomy, philosophy... Teachers are all so competent and so friendly.
It is really a great way to enter the world of yoga and to learn at your own pace !

The course was structured perfectly, and the teachers were very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole online experience very interactive. I will definitely go back and continue my yoga learning with them.

My experience with Aadi school was great. All the Gurus and Jai were there for us and helpful and nice to us. Unfortunately, due to Corona situation was online. Probably, it was not the same experience as it would be physically but I still learnt a lot for my practice. I rated my experience with 4 stars, as I believe that we can always make things work better. In this case, I personally found that the organisation could be better, besides that the journey was lovely. Thank you a lot for all the experience. Hope that I can soon visit Rhiskikesh😊

Aadi Yoga School did an outstanding job in providing high quality authentic Yoga Teacher Training virtually. I really enjoyed and appreciated the high level of interaction. I’m more that grateful with Aadi Yoga School and their team for this journey I started with my RYT200. I have made an immense progress both physically and mentally during this period of time.

The teaching method was rigorous and detailed; and the daily asana classes gradually build strength, flexibility and endurance. This course was very educational, enlightened, and enjoyable more than yoga experience. Even though we had some limitations with the live online classes, the team at Aadi Yoga School were there to deliver and make it flawlessly and genuinely.
All the teachers I had the pleasure to worked with, were very experienced, passioned, kind and beautiful human beings. And I’m very grateful for Rahul for pushing me every day until the last day to give my very best.

I’m content that I made the decision to attend this online curse, among others that I consider because I’m not only met some beautiful souls, but friends with them and my classmates.

It had been a wonderful journey doing YTT 200 with Adi yoga school with the team who had been in the exposure of the authentic knowledge of yoga.
The dedication, sincerity and commitment of the teachers are amazing. They helped me get in-depth understanding of asanas, alignment, anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology. Daily live classes with smaller crowd truely enhanced our learning experience. I would recommend Adi Yoga to anyone who wants to go for online YTT training.

My journey to attain a YTT cert during this unprecedented times, would not have been possible if not for the dedication, passion and knowledge of the team of teachers at Aadi Yoga School. Despite some limitations due to Online learning, the team at Aadi Yoga School has done their best to deliver this course seamlessly and authentically especially through the daily ZOOM Asana practices and other courses like Alignment, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy. I am blessed to acquire an in-depth knowledge about the practice of yoga through the school. I hope to visit the school in Rishikesh one day.
