After having received several quotes from different floor restorers, we settled (very quickly in fact) on AA Floors to do the job for us. We were really impressed with Arnis's professionalism when he came round to do the assessment, and how thoroughly he inspected our floors and explained the process to us. He also gave us by far the most comprehensive breakdown of the work so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. Arnis and Boguslaw (I do hope I've spelt your name correctly!) arrived promptly at 8am each morning, exactly as they promised, and worked quickly and efficiently. (As a plus, they are also both lovely easygoing people with interesting stories about the places that their work has taken them to!). These guys are absolute professionals and, despite how speedily they got the job done (two days), they made sure to get every little detail as perfect as possible, and our thin, cheap, decades-old engineered wood floor, with its many scratches, dents, deep gouges and heavily worn areas, have now been miraculously transformed into something smooth, glossy and beautiful, worthy of a Beverly Hills show home - simply stunning, and we are delighted with our wonderful 'new' flooring. Thank you SO much - we will be recommending AA Floors to everyone we know!

Arnis, Gintaras and the AA floors team did an incredible job restoring the pine and oak floors in our Victorian house. They were real craftsmen who found clever solutions on thorny problems, were flexible on timings and always transparent about progress and any roadblocks. A delight to deal with and i would recommend without reservation!

Arnis and his team did an incredible job at repairing areas of my wood floor which had water damage following a flood. The communication throughout was excellent. They were efficent, on time and obviously cared about doing the job as well as they could - and the it showed in the end result. Would highly recommend to all.

Arnis and his colleague did an excellent job on my pine floorboards! Filling in some gaps where the cold was coming through (from the basement) and then sanding and varnishing. Arnis is clearly immensely knowledgeable and experienced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

The reviews for AAFloors and the source of those two As, Arnie Augulis, are so glowing that you may almost feel a trifle suspicious. Please don't. Arnie and his assistent were just as good as everyone else says, if not better. They relaid our upstairs floorboards expertly, carefully, with great communication and, I have to say, remarkably quickly and at a very fair price. If we knew of equivalents to Arnie who specialised in all the other trades necessary to run a household, life would be very much easier.

Arnis and his team worked a miracle on my wood floors they brought them back to life ,his work is amazing , they were tidy respectful very friendly , and everything was explained before work was carried out and for after care

Arnis did an outstanding job repairing my damaged floor. He replaced damaged boards and made sure the finish perfectly matched the rest of the floor. Very professional, friendly, and thorough with excellent service from start to finish.

Arine was efficient, tidy and very quick. He took time to describe what was needed, how to take care of the wood and the best approach to fitting. The job was done ahead of time and looks amazing.

Arnis is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and conscientious.
He first came to inspect my floors advising, for example, they needed to be completely dry before sanding. He was obviously experienced and also thoughtful about the project, communicated the timeline and straightforward about what to expect. His diary was full, always a good sign, and worth the wait.

I cannot rate Arnis and his team highly enough.
We've had lots of tradespeople in recently and it is so refreshing to meet true craftsmen who are good at communicating, turn up on time, keep things clean and tidy and above all do an excellent job. He provided sound advice and a high end service. Our floors look like new and we are hiring them again immediately to do the kitchen too!

Arnie helped in replacing flooring after a washing machine leak. I’m very pleased with the outcome, a very neat job despite complexities in joining the replaced flooring with the existing floor. Arnie is responsive, neat and well priced. Would recommend!

Arnis and team are experts in their field delivering a great service. They made our floor (I’d say better) than it was as new. They are very knowledgeable, have experience working on prestigious projects far more complex than our house and were just generally a pleasure to deal with.

I don't think I've ever had such a positive experience with any tradesperson. It's very clear Arnis takes a lot of pride in his work, really cares about customer satisfaction, and has a lot of experience in flooring.

From the start and throughout he was really communicative - responding to my request for a quote almost immediately and always responding to emails within a day, during the work sending daily updates on progress and next steps, and pro-actively following up after the job was finished to ensure we were happy with the result - so many people would have just left and sent an invoice, so that follow up was really appreciated. As it happened we had a couple of minor snagging issues to raise with the floor finish, and he was more than happy to come round the within 24h to give it another full sand (by hand) and varnish to resolve those and make sure we were happy.

The whole process was as smooth as you could ask for - a quick response to our initial enquiry, helpful and informative site visit to discuss options and what was needed, transparancy around availability, a very reasonable price, and, when the job started, it was done very efficiently, thoroughly and professionally.

Can't recommend this company highly enough!
