but every thing was done by phone and email very fast with no delay. The service was friendly, professional and in a calm manner and not pushy at all to sell. the best customer service for mortgage. it was in 2015 and i was first time buyer. when i explain my mortgage broker to my friends how he work for my mortgage 24/7,they say me i am lucky to have AA mortgage company.
maybe, you can not find like this company in London.
