I just wanted to share my positive experience with my recent Pokémon product purchases! Every item has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the cards is fantastic, and the artwork is absolutely stunning. I love the variety in the sets; there’s always something new and exciting to discover.

The packaging was secure, ensuring that everything arrived in perfect condition, which I really appreciate.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the Pokémon products I bought. They’ve brought so much joy to our family, and I’m already looking forward to my next purchase. Highly recommended for any Pokémon fan!

Order arrived nearly a week later than stated. Zero communication about this despite a few emails. Order was shipped immediately after my second email mentioned that I was going to initiate a chargeback via my bank. I don't mind things arriving late or when things go wrong but to have no communication about this was a bit disappointing after spending so much on cards for a birthday present which then turned up late and no apology for the delay either. Parcel was packaged okay, sturdy box with some newspaper on top, nothing protecting the sides or bottom.

Had I issue with a few consistencies with the packs that was ordered and when messages to clear up why a few of the packs seamed re sealed , I have been totally ignored rather than the issue being discussed and resolved

Recently bought some tins from this website. Got them in around 9 days after purchase. The only downside is longer then normal wait time. Once I spoke to them through their website chat they gave me a eta and tracking number few days late. If you don't mind waiting abit longer then normal id recommend them.

The only issue with Aards Cards is the turn around from ordering to receiving. The items are always in great condition, and well packaged, and priced fairly. It just takes around 3 weeks to get the item. If they responded to emails enquiring about progress, and posted when they probably should, then I'd give them 5 stars.

Took over 3 weeks dispatch with no communication or replies to my emails. Such a shame as the products are well packaged. Will be avoiding in future as it’s just not a great service for how expensive the products are.

Item finally arrived today. Nearly 2 weeks later than stated on the website. Tried contacting multiple times with no reply or update until you get the conformation from the courier.

Placed an order on the 26th May. Was a preorder but the items didn’t dispatch upon release date. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but ultimately nothing ever shipped. Tried to contact via email and telephone but no response. I had to initiate a chargeback via my bank. I then received an automated cancellation email from them - but it also stated that they had just cancelled the order and not actually refunded. Definitely a scam store - DO NOT part with your hard-earned cash with these cowboys.

I ordered an item almost a month ago. This item was a pre-order item, so of course I knew that I was going to have to wait a bit before actually getting it. However, in the item description, it said that the item was 'to be dispatched to arrive around the time of the official release date of 16/06/25'. The item did not arrive on the 16th nor had the order status updated, it still said that the order had been confirmed, nothing about it being dispatched or sent. I contacted Aards Cards, first through the Contact Form that you can fill out through the website, and twice through their email and got no response from them all 3 times. Eventually ended up going through my bank to get my money back as I couldn't find a way to cancel the order. I would have been less upset if they had given me a reason why my item had not been posted. I don't mind late arrival or delays, but not communicating with the customer about why the item has not been dispatched is really terrible.

Ordered from their online store, over a week later no update no response to contact forms or their phone number. Had to get a refund from my bank in the end. Do not trust this companies website it’s a con

I’ve made several orders with Aards Cards and I have to say I’ve been very happy with both the products and service. The items are always in nice condition and they pack them very well. I’ll be placing more orders with them in the future.

As noted by others. I waited over a week for my order and nothing, no communication. After waiting 7 days I received a generic email stating the item was not in stock yet it is showing on the website.

Order taken and money left account fine, 1 week later still nothing had been dispatched. Tried to contact the retailer on all available contact details. No answer to emails, no answer to calls, text messages delivered and shown as read with RCS read receipts, still no reply. 2 weeks after the order was made and they took the money for the order my only option is to request the money back via my bank from these scammers. Avoid at all costs.

So Aards Cards took a little time to dispatch, a week-ish. But I am in no rush. I got my cards today, and I am very pleased!!
Gave them a call to make sure my items were in stock and they were so lovely on the phone. A little patience is all you need here and you'll get exactly want you want.

Very long time to dispatch, zero communication

I am pleased with my experience buying from Aards cards. The shipping took a little longer than expected but when I called up and asked what was going on, thr owner explained they had been having some health troubles but assured me it would be shipped the next day. Package was shipped that same day and arrived a few days later.

I would recommend buying off them again!
