Aatm Yogashala is my home school and I’m looking forward to go back with them. They take good care of the students, I saw professionalism and the fidelity to roots of yoga.

I'm taking the online yoga classes with Aatm Yogashala and I can feel and see the benefits on my posture, on my strength and on my flexibility. Classes are varied, the teacher is very qualified and helps us a lot to improve and correct our asanas. For me Yogashala is better than any in-person classes I've taken in Italy, so I'm grateful to them and I'll go taking live classes with them in Rishikesh soon :)

It’s been my 2nd year in Rishikesh and I’ve decided to repeat my experience with aatm.
Both journies have been amazing and I’ld choose aatm yogashala again if I could go back.

I stayed one month at Aatm Yogashala for the 200H Yoga teacher training course, and it was an incredible, rich and human experience! Lovely staff always taking care of us, professional and so kind teachers who push us to our limits to give the best of ourselves!
I felt like a family surrounded by wonderful and caring friends. I finished this experience grown with a brain full of knowledge and a heart full of love!
I didn't want to leave this magical place and I will definitely go back soon!

The asana classes are really good and the way the schedule is made works perfectly for beginners and advanced students also. The philosophy class is given in a simple and clear way and will teach you so much about yoga and yourself.
The teachers are really good, they all come from different backgrounds and are very complementary, each of them share something different with the student which is a real add value to the yoga teacher training course.

Food is amazing and the accommodation is pretty good and clean.
I really thankful for all the things.

It has been an incredible experience. The school has offered me the possibility to deepen into the practice of yoga as traditionally taught. The teachers have great knowledge of yoga and they teach it from the heart and with great commitment. Accommodation was also great.

Few days back I have completed one week intensive yoga course. From the beginning I found people working in this place very helpful. Due to my schedule I was not able to stay longer but if someone looking for the trustable place Aatm Yogashala will be the great choice.
I have liked so many things in here. First of all is the unique ambiance of this place, calming surroundings which help you relax and make the yoga practices huge pleasure and fun.
I loved the yoga classes with Neeraj. He is a very good, professional and patient teacher with a serious approach, willing to teach you as much as possible. By today I am still surprised how many stuff you can learn during so short period of time.
I was attending as well anatomy classes with yogi Rakesh. I was enjoing them a lot. I found them interesting. You can easily notice that he is a teacher with huge knowledge, practice and experience. He is giving you another point of view of things.
The school is located in a very convenient part of the city, nearby Geeta Ashram. Rishikesh is a picturesque place and what is the most important really safe to stay. Even for the ones traveling alone. Apart form that I liked the accommodation which was provided. It was comfortable and close to the school. Just next to my place there was as well a nice restaurant where I could relax a bit after the classes and have my vegetarian meal.
Once again thank you Amit and Aatm Yogashala for a wonderful yoga practices and a great time. Hope to see you soon in the near future.

I had the chance to do this amazing class in Rishikesh for 2 weeks. In all the classes I learn loads of stuff on asanas and adjustments. Neeraj is a very dictated teacher. He knows how to bring you out of you confort zone with happiness and security. Thank you for all the learning and fun! Sebastien, Montréal, Canada.

I had 200 hour ttc. it was really extremely amazing experience . very nice room and food everything was super and specially Teachers are amazing supportable with high knowledge .i would like to highly recommend to all my beautiful divine souls family .

I completed my 200hr TTC here .and had an inspirational experience! The location is superb and the staff and teachers are all so gentle and calming, it's a beautiful atmosphere. The one thing I would love to see developed is the diet/food supplied during the stay. Many times the food was too oily and heavy and unsuitable for the days activities. It wasn't well thought out or yogi. I recommend having a weekly set menu plan so people are aware of what's being made each day and what ingredients are used. The school preaches to follow ayurveda but this isn't apparent in the food. Despite this I had an incredibly memorable stay and thank you Aatm Yogashala , i would highly reccomend the school to friends!.

The transportation is very convenient. There is a nice coffee shop nearby. It is really good to go to the classroom with a cup of coffee every morning.

Classroom lighting is good, equipment is complete In the classroom, the teacher has rich teaching experience, giving each student the most professional guidance, and the intensive class study has quickly made me grow.

Everyone became friends under the class and the teacher gave us a lot of help. I look forward to learning here again.

I attended mantra workshop in aatm yogashala with khushbu. It was a greatful expérience, she's very professional and friendly as well. I learn a lot in few days and i recommend this workshop and this school for all the people who want to feel positive energy, to feel peaceful.

really good people have the thorough knowledge of Yoga. you will get new insights into Yoga. You have to try it once to get the experience it can't be described in words
