Disappointing product and rip off merchants
Bought on good faith to keep my fleet of machines safe! Trouble is now they wonât work under metal!!!!!! What is the point in them as they wonât work if hidden. The answer I got was
âWell your tied in for 36 months and there is nothing we can do unless you pay for them for 36 monthsâ
Appalling service and quite frankly I am very disappointed in the product and the attitude of the staff

Our devices are all sold on a certain contract length that was agreed in writing when the devices were initially purchased, which means there are no upfront costs and all devices are covered by lifetime warranty. Not as good as other trackers and more expensive.
A good product but for the monthly fee compared to other trackers, it is just as accurate but lacks many options from the app. It requires a laptop or tablet to log in from a web browser.
For half the monthly fee, I prefer my other trackers and app as I can go back over a year and is also say my other tracker is better at the location addressâs.

It works well and basically acted as I was told it would however we have had to widen some geofences as sometimes it pings out and gives a false reading. The team are really helpful and professional and I'm sure the product will improve in the future.
