I tried to reset my password but the app won’t recognise my phone number so I called the customer service support. The lady I spoke to was really wonderful and put me through the steps to follow, she sent me a link to me phone to reset my password and she stayed on the phone to make sure I reset my password. Super top customer support experience. Thank you.

I have taken zego insurance 3 years ago and abax was mandatory guys do not take zego and abax they will take you on a 36 months contract and if you dont ask before to cancel they will renew it again for 12 months they will not say when they update the policy they will steall what ever penny u have i emailed then before 3 months to cancel and they still renew it DO NOT TAKE ABAX

I was interested in the Abax line of GPS trackers but I also contacted a few other companies. Abax responded immediately and had Ussamah had a professional quote ready for me. This professionalism continued all the way through phonecalls ordering, invoices, delivery and setting up. Used the Abax tracker now for 2 years on my Classic Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth, never had a problem with the device or the live tracking.
I can see where it is within seconds of opening my app on my mobile device.
Piece of mind when i'm away from it, as there highly sort after by thieves.
I would defo recommend.

Very professional from the moment they first contacted us giving great case studies to back up their proposal to us.
System was easy to install to over 30 vehicles 100 items of plant etc. and has not disappointed. It did everything they said it would and has worked well in the first 4 months.
Any issues/trouble shooting items were dealt with very quickly by their team.
Great desktop interface and the mobile version works well too.

Really good customer service when there is a problem. Quick and swift to send out replacement when needed. Good price and the tracker itself is very good. The app could use abit more work to make it more user friendly but apart from that it works really well when you get used to it.
