ABBE Glasses レビュー

I ordered two pairs of glasses. One was great, the other one sits lopsided on my face from the moment I took it our of the box. Kind of disappointing. Otherwise they're good value, but they should do better with quality control before shipping.

Glasses fit well and prescription was correct. Will order from Abbe again

I ordered a pair of glasses and for whatever reason, I couldn't see out of them. I talked to Abbe Glasses and they said they would issue a refund once I returned the glasses. I did return them and they never refunded my money. They don't answer their phone or emails. Buyer beware.

I got my glasses today and everything is perfect. I always get them quickly which is great. Great selection great price.

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses from this company. My lenses have a prism value. I noticed the glasses did not see right, they seemed off so I took them in to an optometrist to have them tested. The prism values were completely wrong, bases directions wrong and the one lense had a +75 instead of +25. There is no way to contact this company. No one answers the live chat, phone number is an automated message saying there is no live agent. I’m out almost $400, will file a dispute with my bank as I highly doubt this company will do the right thing

Everything perfect, and glasses arrived in less than a week.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered glasses from ABBE and both times, I've been very satisfied.

Just got my new glasses , everything seems great!
Very lightweight and comfy! Thanks 😊

my glasses are not here.
Your reply said you sent the tracking number, which is true, but it just ends in Minneapolis. So this is not helpful. Your email said the order is "complete" as if it was supposed to be in my hands. It is not.

Fast shipping, best price for 1.61 thin lenses, great glasses!

Great Product good quality took forever to get here they came from China. I accidentally ordered the lenses backwards. Tried to reach out to to get them fixed never heard back.

Ordering from ABBE Glasses was very simple and shipping was faster than expected! I was so surprised by the overall price for the frames plus lenses. Best pricing I have seen online! Glasses look very luxurious and I have received so many compliments on them! I did not have any problems with my prescription as well. Very happy with my purchase!!!

Quick delivery. Great fit, I can see much better now. Same quality as my previous ones

These glasses are light and flexible, and the prescription is good. Shipped in a good package too.
What didn’t work so well for me is the frame is a flexible steel, but I can’t bend it to fit my face. One of my ears is lower on one side and I can’t get it bent to sit on the ear on one side.
Also, they don’t have the feathering around the edges to minimize the Coke bottle look. For those two reasons, I gave it four stars.

I ordered glasses from you guys almost 3 weeks ago and the package got suck in the Netherlands on its way from China. I have contacted them and they say that it is still in transit but its been stuck for 2 weeks. I would love for your live chat to actually reply to me and for you to take my issue more seriously. I could have ordered from a website I actually knew and probably should have..

I recently ordered glasses from Abbeglasses and I was thoroughly impressed with my purchase. The accuracy of my prescription was spot on, the delivery time from China was surprisingly quick, and the price I paid was incredibly reasonable. The quality of the glasses was top-notch, making it an outstanding value for the price. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Abbeglasses to anyone in need of quality eyewear at a great price.

These glasses are cheap, I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a pair in November 2023. The glasses came in and I couldn't wear them. I took them to get tested at my local eye clinic and the prescription was off significantly. I've tried getting a replacement, a refund, and received neither. I exchanged several emails with customer service promising to send me not one, but two pairs of glasses. Nothing was sent, so this review is my only recourse. I'd like my money back at least.

4/16/24 update: Thanks for responding. The replacement order #OD45875. I would like a refund.

4/25/24 I received a refund of my original cost. Thank you.

Amazing quality glasses, very satisfied with purchase, will definitely order my next pair of glasses again and again. Couldn't ask for more of customer service, thank you Abbe

Love my new glasses. Just wish the shipping would have been a little faster then it was.

I ordered glasses from 4 different companies at the same time and Abbe Glasses arrived before all of them. I love these frames and will 100% be recommending this to people I meet that wear glasses.
