Stephen was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything fully and even offered for us to call him on many occasions if we didn't understand anything.

We can’t recommend our broker highly enough! He was our third broker and the only one who could successfully guide us through our mortgage application, and we are so grateful. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. From Start to finish Stephens knowledge and experience assisting my parents with their equity release mortgage has been invaluable. We worked with Stephen at Abbygate to secure our first mortgage. Both me and my husband aren't british citizens with shallow credit history in UK, but Stephen helped us through the process at every step and secured us a really good mortgage. Stephen was so helpful throughout our remortgage process. He has a way of explaining complicated things so you understand them. He is also realistic and honest. He was always ahead on admin and we never needed to wait on him. He is professional but not intimidating and always went above and beyond to help us work things through. He never rushed us and always sought to make sure we understood what we were signing up to! We would definitely use Stephen again.
