Very friendly and straight to the point and kept things simple.

Used this company in the past to cover my Aunt's property and now required cover for my parent's empty property. Spoke to Shahid on both occasions ,he was kind,helpful,efficient and thorough in explaining options of policies and cover requirements.
Their pricing was very good,alongside excellent service,no pressure applied which is very credible these days.
Highly recommend this company and have no hesitation in using them again.

I have dealt with insurance adviser Daniel over quite a long period of time as I required insurance for a property which took a long time to sell. Throughout the process, Daniel was efficient and extremely helpful but also very sympathetic to the situation I was in, having been bereaved. I would not hestitate to recommend Abcord as a company and Daniel as an individual and I am extremely grateful for all their help.

In brief, they gave me the best price of several companies I tried that offer insurance for an unoccupied rental property for a 6 month period (which is exactly what I needed). I didn't divulge any company's prices to another, so all quotations were unprompted. Of course, with insurance the proof of the pudding in ultimately in the eating (which one hopes never to have cause to do) but - all things otherwise seeming to be equal at the point of arranging the cover, I was very happy with the service Abcord (and their agent Raj, with whom I dealt) offered me.

Shahid done a great job over the phone explained everything well and beat all other quotes! Highly recommend just hope the insurance company is as good when or if I need to use them.

I spoke with Daniel Silvester today who was extremely helpful providing me with a flexible landlord policy. I had already auto-filled a questionnaire regarding the insurance that I needed, so he was quick to respond and had majority of the information in front of him about myself. He was very clear and understanding of any questions I asked. He gave me time to review this quote. I contacted Daniel later and asked further questions and he found me exactly the policy I was looking for. I cannot rate Daniel and this company high enough. I found him exceptional. To top it off I spoke to no robot, was never left on hold for long, my phone call was answered immediately. Highly recommend.
