Poor service.
Did not receive my full order, also received a defective unit. Only offered to discount my next order. Why would I order from you again?

I'm very sorry to hear this news. We checked the product carefully before shipping. You said there was a defective unit, but you didn't provide evidence. Even so, we can still give you a discount on your next order.

Hello.
You made the order on November 7. It usually takes about 2 weeks to deliver. Your order is still on the way to you. You will receive it in one week. You also can track the package at https://www.abcrfid.com/parcel-panel/?nums=YT2331421233000229
Thank you
Excellent support!
My order came without any issues on time and the rfid dongles work very well. I called the support to change the address and they did it right away without any issues. I’m glad doing business with you.
Thank you!
