Boucle Laflin Table Lampのレビュー

My lamp arrived missing a part and I’m still waiting for any form of helpful assistance. Since reporting it, their so-called Customer “Don’t Care” team has done absolutely nothing, using stalling tactics to delay and commenting on how exceptionally busy they are with Black Friday sale. Sporadic updates, no solutions and no way to speak to an actual human being on the phone. This company clearly puts sales first and customer support dead last. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is a beautiful, stylish lamp that is perfect for my bedroom. It gives out good light for reading, without being too bright. Just what I was looking for. As usual, the service from AA was excellent, with my order being well packed, shipped and delivered within a couple of days.
