Specialise in tweed suits. I think not. Quality was awful. Sizing was completely wrong. Paid almost £200 for something that would have been better from temu. Sent suit back recorded delivery. Have emailed them various times to ask about my full refund and have been completely ignored. Please please please don't waste your money. They are an absoloute scam

Ordered a 3 piece suit in the correct size but what came were completely different sizes. Tried returning the suit to the returns address on the form but it's been returned as undeliverable. Tried contacting the company 4 times since with no response. SCAM.

Returned suit well within the returns policy
No refund over a month later
No returned phone calls, emails or social media messages
Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately not an option to give zero stars. I have had confirmation email that they have received my return however weeks later, emails send etc. Still no refund. Avoid this company. Will be taking this matter further.

I ordered a suit from Abitto . That came with in 3 days outstanding. This when the problems start. I emailed to say that I was returning for an exchange with in the 14day time slot. Three weeks and a lot of emails later. I still have not heard from them about what is happening or when the new suit will arrive. Tried to call but the numbers are wrong . Very bad service indeed.

I had ordered a 3 piece suite for my son however, the colour was not quiet right. I had received a return from Abitto and returned the suit on recorded deliver on 06/06/2025. Have emailed several times to give me an update and advise when i will be receiving a refund. Over 1 month now and I have not received a reply or refund. I will be taking further action. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. NOT TRUSTED AND SHOULD NOT BE TRADING

I ordered a suit from Abitto UK using a current suit as a size guide, the suit arrived and the jacket and waistcoat were too tight. I used theirs returns process to send them back as I was told they have a 24 to 48hrs turnaround. Over a week later I'm still waiting for my replacement. In the meantime they were quick to send out a second suit I ordered, but this time the trousers, even though the tag stated my actual size, were several sizes too large, they look like CLOWN'S PANTS! I hasten to add that the complete linen suit arrived screwed up. I've tried calling the company with numbers I've found online, they are dead lines! I've emailed the company asking them to send me a returns label, but they claim their policy states that the buyer must pay for return postage! Under UK consumer law and distance selling regulations they're not allowed to do this, if goods are faulty or not as described the seller has to pay for returns and issue full refunds. I think them sending out trousers that are incorrectly labelled counts as faulty goods, am I right?? They've not responded to my emails.

4 Suits order for a wedding. when they arrived 1 complete suit need to be return for correct sizing and 2 sets of pants need to be return again for sizing issues.

Lengthy delay in obtaining the replacements items, and no communication or response to emails.
Eventually email sent threatening legal action. Next day received an email advising all replacement items would be delivered by Friday.
When delivered, 2 x replacement pants fitted, sort of. Were supposed to be short, 29" inside leg, but more like 34.

Could have lived with that with alterations, but the replacement suit, what totally incorrect in size. was supposed to be short, but massively oversized, in waist coat, pants leg and jacket length.

No sizing labels in the garments, but attached labels have correct sizes on, but the garments are not those sizes

Not enough time before wedding to return and lack of confidence in Abitto's ability to actually provide what was ordered.

Would stay clear of Abitto, happy to take you money but not prepared to supply/deliver what you order :-(

Absolutely despicable company.

I originally ordered a suit sometime back and although the quality isn’t particularly great, I was relatively happy. I went to have it altered as quite frankly the sizes are terrible.

In my review to the company, they assured me that they have their own tailoring services. This is quite frankly a lie.

One pair of trousers were damaged at an event and so I ordered a second replacement pair. This time I made the poor decision to use their altering services. The trousers arrived and they had failed to make any alterations, then I sent them back to be altered and I have since been ignored for the last three weeks. I am now down two pairs of trousers (the damaged but tailored trousers and the ones I've bought back in May), I have absolutely no information from the company, the customer services are non-existent, there is no phone number to contact, and I am minus near £200.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. Overall, the suit is not a great quality - more importantly, it is an absolutely terrible fit, you could have altered - but do never make the mistake of returning their suit to be altered by them as they will just simply steal your suit.

Excellent quality, exactly as described, a perfect transaction, my delivery was early in the end, would highly recommend and so happy with my new suit 5* 😊 happy customer

Absolutely shocking experience dealing with this website. Ordered a jacket which turned up quickly but completely wrong size. Sent it back to swap for the correct size. Took months to finally get the next jacket which was wrong again. Sent back and asked for a refund. They told me they never received it so I sent them the tracking proof that they had signed for it and I’m still trying to get my refund now!!! Every now and again I’ll get a reply saying they have sent my refund but it never comes! I ordered the suit in october 2024 and it’s now June 2025 and still trying to get my money back. I’ve pleaded with them explaining that I can’t afford to lose that kind of money but they just dont care! Basically they have robbed me!

Ordered suit in early March, 4 weeks later it arrived. Very disappointed with the fit, the jacket was laughably undersized (and I ordered a size above my norm).
Sent suit back for an exchange as per the instructions. Received an email 3 days later acknowledging receipt, informing me that I would soon receive despatch notification and tracking info.
It's now 13th May and I have received no communication despite numerous requests for update. I have requested a full refund, to no avail.
Do not fall for the glossy adverts, this company is a disgrace. Spend your money elsewhere....I should have.

I ordered a suit from here. They took my money and they didn't delivery nothing. It is impossible to contact them by any means.

I reported them to the Office of Trading Standards as a fraudulent company. If you've had any problems with them, I encourage you to do so as well.

Do not trust the positive reviews. This company is a scam! Don't buy from here!

The suit is fine from Abitto but customer services doesn’t exist! Wanted to change size if the trousers i had ordered but website only allowed me to order a complete suit. Sent the other suit back with proof of postage and then had a picture from Royal Mail of the suit package in their warehouse the next day. However, Its taken me three months and the intervention of my Bank to get my refund despite continuous emails and the fact that they have no functioning telephone number.
Wouldn’t use them again

Very happy with the suit, ordered it last minute in time for my destination wedding and hastily didn't select the correct delivery option, I reached out multiple times after realising my mistake and they came back to me the next working day and I was told the request would be forwarded to the warehouse ASAP, I was expecting the worst and working out options only for the suit to arrive the following day. They went above and beyond to make up for my mistake and now I'm in Srilanka for my beach wedding with a suit I'm happy with that's both comfortable and reasonably priced. Thank you so much

What a great team, I ordered a peaky navel herringbone tweed suit for a function for the 6th March, the suit came through well in time and is amazing! Unfortunately there was an issue with the trousers, (not a quality issue) that said Martin in customer services was absolutely on it ! And I’ve received the replacement tweed trousers on time.

I communicated via Abitto on-line customer services, and I can not thank them enough…

A huge shout-out to Martin, whom without his support and professionalism, I would of missed the day…

I will certainly be ordering again, and would not hesitate to recommend Abitto for any of your dressing up occasions 👍👍👍

Absolutely terrible company.
No response from customer service after contacting them several times. My order still hasn’t arrived after weeks of waiting. The phone number on the website doesn’t actually exist as a real number. Do not order from this company!!!!! Huge scam!

Awful, Terrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Customer service is a pre done email. They don’t care and once they have your money, good luck getting anything from them. I still haven’t received my package that I ordered. I’ve also attempted to contact them via telephone and by email, to no avail, so that I can cancel my order.

Admittedly, it took 3 months for my suits to get in(it did ship from the UK to the US). That being said, you can't beat the price for a tweed suit with this quality. I guess it's true what they say - you can have two out of three - quality, cost, or speed. I'll definitely be ordering more!

Ordered my suit on 14th January sent Abitto an email to ask where it was, had a response on 30th January saying they have passed the email on to another department
Then they send me an email to ask me to leave a Trustpilot review
So I can't say what the quality of the suit is as its still missing
