I made a massive mistake with the length of my chain and they not only heard me out they helped me fix the problem so that I might love the product I wanted. They were polite, understanding, considerate and above all friendly. 10/10 customer service. The necklace is fantastic, I love it and it’s of great quality. I bought the Compass Necklace with Initials Engraved on 7 June, and it's been on my neck almost every day since.

Three things decide whether I'll actually wear a piece or leave it in a drawer: it has to be waterproof, it has to stay tarnish-free, and it can't leave green marks on my skin. Laviona tick all three on the listing, which is easy enough to write — the question is whether it holds up. A month later, it has. Showers, the gym, washing up, and I haven't once thought to take it off. No dulling, no discolouration, and not a trace of green or irritation, which is usually where cheaper pieces let me down.

The engraving is the part that surprised me most. The initials are crisp and evenly cut, not shallow or smudged the way engraving often is at this price. Held up to the light it still reads clean, a month of wear later.

Honestly, it looks like something that cost roughly twice what I paid. That's not a phrase I use lightly.

I contacted this company to order a personalised necklace with an sketch of my baby who had sadly passed. They were very professional and quickly sent a message expressing their empathy, and thanking me for trusting them with this special piece of jewellery. This was a lovely touch and made me feel like I was in safe hands. They sent the necklace quickly in the post and I love it. Thank you.

One thing to note to others ordering a similar type of round disk pendant in rose gold; if you touch it, or readjust your necklace, it does show up your finger print so I do feel like I’m constantly wiping it with a cleaning cloth. I am still glad I ordered it and will cherish it for years to come.

I've been wearing my Initial Necklace every day for about 12 months now, and honestly it's the first piece I've owned that I've stopped thinking about — which, for jewellery you wear daily, is the highest compliment I can give.

For years I wore sterling silver, and I'd made peace with the routine: polishing it every few weeks, slipping it off before a shower, watching it slowly go dull no matter how careful I was. This one I've simply left on. Showers, washing up, the gym, caught out in the rain more than once. Not a hint of tarnish, not a shade of dulling.

The steel has a proper weight to it. It sits solid rather than thin and hollow, which is quietly reassuring every time you fasten it. And it's comfortable enough that I genuinely forget it's there until someone comments on it.

I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter . However within 4 days the chain broke . Sent an email with the picture and claim for a refund but no response

I ordered an initial necklace and bracelet for a Christmas gift. They both arrived quickly and were so lovely. However on opening the bracelet I had measured wrong and it was too long. I emailed and the reply came back on Boxing Day, they told me to return the bracelet and they would shorten the length for me. All I had to pay was the return postage cost. I sent it off and it arrived back to me within two days absolutely perfect. Both items are so pretty and really good quality and I would definitely recommend. The customer service could not have been better. Absolutely excellent I am so pleased.

I ordered a personalised necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife-to-be. When it arrived, I was shocked by the condition.
Within 15 minutes of delivery, I emailed the company because:
The birthstone was already missing from the setting
The necklace was badly scratched straight out of the packaging
The item feels extremely poor quality
The necklace was never worn. It was opened, inspected, and immediately found to be faulty. I provided clear photographic evidence showing the missing stone and scratches, with no signs of force or tampering around the stone setting.
Despite this, the company attempted to dispute the fault and has since stopped responding altogether. They are now ignoring emails rather than resolving the issue or issuing a refund.
Personalised items are not exempt from consumer law when they arrive faulty, yet this company seems unwilling to honour basic consumer rights.
This was meant to be a meaningful gift and the experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. Based on the poor product quality and lack of customer service, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

After receiving a personalised necklace as a gift, I paid £31 for a replacement when it broke after just over a year, even though it was out of warranty, I still wanted the piece and accepted their goodwill offer.

The replacement I received was faulty (the name was misspelled), and despite being polite and patient in requesting a corrected version and a refund for the inconvenience, I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude.

When I asked to escalate the issue and mentioned I would leave an honest review if it wasn’t resolved, they abruptly cancelled my order, issued a refund, and accused me of “threatening” them, all because I calmly expressed disappointment with how they handled a mistake that was entirely their own.

This is not how a professional or customer-focused business behaves. The jewellery may look nice, but the quality is questionable, and the customer service is genuinely some of the worst I’ve experienced.

There are many better independent jewellery brands out there, I’d recommend spending your money with one that values its customers.

I got a handwriting bracelet in memory of my mum, they took great care of the design and contacted me at every stage to make sure it was perfect and it is.

I highly recommend them
