But the app and compagny Able is a real scam!!

I wanted to try the 7 day trail for 0,50€ and paid it. Then another 70,51€ was taken from my bank account! Without me approving that.

Contact with the customer service is also not possible, only got 2 anwsers back and then they do not reply any more. Also did not call me back.

Please please make this compagny stop, because if you google on “able review reddit” than you can read that the same thing happend to so so sooo many people. It really makes me so angry!!!

It is a real scam, taking advantage of people on there way to a healthier lifestyle. They should be punnished.. :((

Kajal was my coach and I would just say that she's totally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was surprised of how helpful and mindful she was in providing me all the tips and advices to help me reach my goal. I'm happy and satisfied with Kajal and now I'm considering continuing with Able as long as Kajal is gonna be there!

Able all is an absolutely terrible company. 3day free trial which is set up online, and no app subscription. I couldn’t figure out why I was being charge 35usd for 9months, turns out that my email had one letter incorrect. No refund even though I escalated it! Over $2500 spent on an app I never ever used!!!!! Do not download, check Apple reviews 51 reviews all with similar stories

Annie is supportive and she always encourages me to keep a healthy lifestyle rather than just lose weight.

My health coach, Meike R. is amazing. Always available, and answers questions I have. If she doesn't know the answer, she directs me to the people I need to ask my question.

Just had my first coaching session with Annie R. It was amazing! She gave great advice and insight on my diet and exercise. She was very patient and professional as I have my two daughters running rampant. Great coach!

Scam!! Please avoid at all costs! I signed up for a free trial and paid £0.50. I was then charged £57 instantly and there was no mention of this anywhere during the sign up process or outlined in their terms and conditions. The company will try to claim it is outlined in their terms and conditions which is completely false! Luckily I called my bank and they have issued a refund. Please do not sign up with this company!

I had a great experience with a trainer, and although the app is a little confusing to navigate, I’ve been getting the hang of it.

My coach was Annie and she was great! Very helpful but most of all she was attentive. She would message me just to check in, which made me smile each day. When we had our video calls she took notes and truly listened to what I said.

I really appreciate the personal call - meeting me where I am on this journey and helping me to find my own way, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach

If you come across this app, do not engage with it! I made the mistake of taking their evaluation and accidentally accepted a trial subscription when I clicked "See Results." Always read the terms and conditions before clicking that button, as they will charge you.

The app is designed to lead you into a subscription for a coaching plan. When I reached out for help, they insisted I accepted the terms, even though it wasn't clear. This feels deceptive.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, be sure to email them to cancel your subscription and update your payment methods in your app store to avoid further charges. Although the app has over 10,000 downloads, it currently has no reviews—neither positive nor negative—on the Play Store, which is concerning. I left a review, so let's see if it disappears.

Total scam. Not sure how I engaged with them, but they had my email and are billing me $60/mth, yet I can not cancel because it there is no account attached to my email. Really scary and frustrating scam.
