ZERO STARS. 0ïžâ£0ïžâ£0ïžâ£0ïžâ£0ïžâ£ I'll try to make it quick and to the point. I was browsing different websites doing price comparing for a medication my doctor prescribed to me. I ended up on ABLEAPP, and as I clicked my way through the pages to find the true and correct price of this medicine, I ended up on the pay screen. I clicked on my PayPal link because ABLEAPP would not give me the final price. It said I'd confirm my order on the NEXT page. Ok. It did. No problem. I'm on the last page where it says "click here to finalize your purchase", and it also gave another option: "RETURN TO PREVIOUS PAGE." I clicked on the latter because I didn't want to purchase. AGAIN: I DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE. Immediately, it gave me a "Thank you for your subscription" page. WHAT!? THERE'S MORE. Prior to this "purchase" it said the fees were $20 for the first week, then $79/week thereafter. AFTER this unauthorized purchase, it said there's an addition fee of $299 per month. The website NEVER ONCE stated anything about $299. What a dishonest POS scam of a company.
Regardless of the price, I didn't want to purchase. Within 5 minutes (after searching for the email for customer service and after a ridiculous CHAT with a bot) I sent an email explaining what happened and kindly asked them to refund my money and to take me off of their subscription program. They told me they have a NO REFUND POLICY.
I didn't use the product.
It was a bogus charge.
They were misleading about the cost, IF I DID WANT IT. (I don't. I didnt. No thanks. I'm currently getting my meds for a lot less!)
I'm sick of these tech companies thinking they're in customer service. This will be the demise of their company. Unethical behavior. Any company that refuses to give clients a phone number, ESPECIALLY FOR MEDICATION, is not in it for the patient.
Good luck with being "in business." I'm a business owner and a business consultant. I'd NEVER be so dishonest to a customer or client. I depend on my reputation and word of mouth sales. But, tech companies have a farther reach, so inguess they don't need to worry about a few possed off customers.

A total scam of a company, they present a 7-day trial only to discover that they will hit you for hundreds of dollars and at no point tell you that this is non refundable. Deceptive practises and customer support is all about responding to well you signed up and cancelled so were keeping your money.
They are breaking online consumer law on many areas.
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for the fee charged for what was misleadingly presented as an upgrade during a trial. There was no clear and adequate warning regarding a no-refund policy at the point of purchase, which I believe constitutes a breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Furthermore, your terms and conditions violate several aspects of UK consumer protection laws, under which this transaction took place.
Misrepresentation and Lack of Clear Disclosure
Under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, businesses must provide clear, unambiguous information about the nature of any transaction. Your platform failed to adequately inform me of the critical details of the subscription during the trial, specifically the recurring billing structure and the non-refundable nature of the fees. This misleading representation is in direct violation of Section 50 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles consumers to accurate information and prevents companies from hiding significant terms.
Unfair Terms and Non-Compliance with Consumer Rights

This lack of clarity and the requirement to use a chatbot to address concerns (Section 3.9) is in direct breach of Regulation 13 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which requires companies to ensure that customers can cancel services easily and without undue burden.
Failure to Address Issues Within the Trial Period
Despite the policy indicating that consumers can cancel a trial without being charged (Section 1.1), I was charged despite notifying you in a timely manner (within 24 hours) that the product was not fit for my purpose. This discrepancy between policy and practice further demonstrates a breach of Section 50 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding misrepresentation.
Formal Action
Given the clear violation of UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I hereby request an immediate refund for the amount charged. If this issue is not resolved within 7 days, I will not hesitate to:

They are an absolute scammers I register with them on 13th of October for 7 days trial for which I had to pay only 2aed & I accepted once I entered my card details and made payment of 2aed, I received an email from them that I successfully registered with them for 7 days trial, after exact 2 minutes i received message from my bank that 78$ has been debited which is 287aed & same time I received email mentioning I registered for 1 month program from that I have started messaging them try to contact on there support chart but this scammers are just saying that you registered for 1month I sent them screen shorts also but they are just saying we have no refund policy, I have tried several emails in which I mentioned them that I authorized only 2aed payment, but these people are saying same thing, today 17th October when I open there app to check my account the deleted my account also.

I signed up for the £0.50 seven day trial period, in less than an hour of signing up - I have been charged £19.99 and £58.49 when I didnât even want to keep the subscription. In the refund policy, it states that anyone who is charged before their trial period is over are entitled to a refund, however, after contacting support, they have told me they cannot help me.
This is an absolute joke of a company and are stealing your money left right and centre. Do not even entertain the thought of giving this company any money, because they will steal more than they bargained for.

Signed up for 0.50⬠trial, did NOT click on skip trial but on not interested and it still charged me 30⬠immediately. I did not authorize it whatsoever and it somehow still charged me on PayPal. Thanks to PayPal I was luckily able to get my money back, customer service is just a bot so it really is simply set up for scamming. Beware.

I'm going to be one of those people and say if I could give zero stars I would. I'm not very happy with the fact that I thought I was only paying 50 cents for a 7-Day trial, only to find out I would be charged almost $25 later that day for something that I did not want. In my experience, funds were withdrawn before I even completed the checkout process. Once the payment is processed, access to the app is denied, resulting in a loss of money. The initial offer of a 7-day trial for AUD 0.90 leads to unexpected charges exceeding the agreed amount. They enforce a no-refund policy and denied my request for a refund, attempting to mislead me into believing I had signed up for a 6-week trial, despite my inability to access the app after being charged. This is not a legitimate business. I have reported their social media accounts, but they quickly remove negative comments on Facebook. Facebook has not found any violations of their guidelines, as the company appears to invest in fake followers and deceptive practices to maintain a facade of legitimacy.
