I have recently become a landlord and have had an extremely positive experience with Abode - I actually went with Abode as the letting agent for my apartment due to very positive experiences in the past with other things, i.e. with regards my house purchase and some general legal advice. In Particular, Louise, Lynsey and James have frankly been outstanding! My apartment was valued by Abode and rented out to a tenant all within 5 days, with everything was very clear and highly efficient, which was fantastic given I am knew to being a landlord.

We had a fantastic experience with selecting our new home simply due to the fact that Lynsey was extremely assistive, prompt and lovely to work with. I would highly recommend the services of the Abode Group as the staff are really professional and friendly.

Louise helped us enormously in finding a rental property and making sure we were able to move in as soon as possible. From arranging a viewing to getting all the checks done, she was absolutely brilliant and did everything very efficiently.
Another thing that really stood out was how pleasant and kind she is to speak to and how she goes the extra mile to help clients.
I haven’t come across an agency with such amazing staff before, A very refreshing experience after a few years of renting.

When moving house, Abode were excellent from start to finish. Helen really supported us at the start with a realistic house price estimate which was spot on and explained the whole moving process to us so well. I’ve never moved before so had lots of questions but the whole team were always on hand to support. We received regular updates on the move and it was preety effortless in all honesty! Our house sold within 2 weeks which was much faster than expected which we were delighted about. Abode have an array of clients looking for homes and it was lovely how they networked the buyers to view each others homes. Our third viewer bought the home and whilst this may have been down to luck, it was also helped with the excellent pictures that Abode took which really did the house justice. If we ever move again, I would certainly Abode again no question and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

We definitely received 5 star customer service from Abode in Formby. Lauren looked after us from start to finish when selling our property. The house went on the market and was sold within a week and then after our 1st purchase fell through, she immediately stepped into action offering other options so we wouldn’t lose our buyers.
Susan was also a great help throughout the process, they were both very kind and assertive, making a very stressful time much easier to cope with. Big thank you from us, would 100% recommend.

She was swift in answering her mails and the communication was open and clear, where I didn't understand she was patient in putting me through from the day I viewed the house to my move in date she was very helpful even when I moved in. The service was second to none from the minute we enquired about putting our house on the market, to getting it valued by Helen and organising this to be advertised within a week of getting a valuation. The staff kept us informed throughout the process right until we completed and needed to hand the keys in. I would recommend using abode to anyone looking to put their house on the market.

Helen,Sam and the team at Abode actually managed to get us a buyer for our property in December / January (which are the expected slow months given our valuation). The whole process ran smoothly ( we moved on February 28th!! ) communication was great and any thing we needed to know was supplied to both us and our lawyer . Highly recommend! Very professional people to deal with .

Brilliant experience with Abode, met with Helen who completed our initial valuation and signed us up to sell, then by chance she was the one I handed the keys into for our sale! We both sold and purchased from Abode and everyone at the team were amazing. Highly recommend.
