I loved that this whole process was online (with the exception of the first telephone consultation). The team at AboveBoard walked us through EVERY step with reminders and tips on how to complete our life insurance applications. They were also prompt and thorough in replying to emails.

What blew it out of the water for me was when I was done with the purchase of our life insurance policies and received an email with our policy numbers, summary of our life insurance coverages in "plain English." It also contained an email for us to copy and paste to our beneficiaries, financial planner, an estate attorney or whoever we trust with our life insurance information! I would say that is going above and beyond what is expected!
