Could not recommend Stephen enough from what I thought was going to be the most awkward and embarrassing conversation I would ever have was actually quite the opposite. His knowledge about the situation I found myself in was second to none and put me at ease,was patient and explained in a way I understood. The stressed was halved after our first phone call ..would put 6 stars if I could

Having never spoken to anyone about my debts before, I was really apprehensive about my call with Above Debt but as soon as I started speaking to Stephen I immediately felt so much better. Everything was explained so clearly and as he talked through the various options available to me he really took his time to make sure I understood and answered all my questions. I would say the biggest thing was how kind and patient Stephen was, it can be so difficult to deal with debt and when I was feeling a mixture of emotions such as overwhelmed, ashamed and emotional, speaking to someone who talks to you like a human and not just a robot on the phone reading from a script really made this whole process so positive. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and urge anyone who thinks they may need help to call, and I hope they are lucky enough that Stephen answers!

Cannot speak highly enough of Stephen, before speaking with him about my current situation I was in complete state of worry. Stephen with in the first 24hrs managed to change that he was understanding and left me feeling safe in the knowledge I had someone who understood my needs. Stephen acted promptly and was so professional, I really am grateful for all of his hard work.

Darren supported me during a point in my life where I felt lost and did not know how to deal with my debts. I was really nervous to speak to someone about my debt but speaking to Darren was the best thing I did. He provided good support and did not judge me.
