I was very pleased with the service and the person helping me. I was a little disappointed about the amount of time it took getting the loan approved after I was told it would only take minutes when I was on the phone the first time for over two hours and still had to wait for a day and a half to finally finish everything. Adam who helped me though was very easy to work with.

JC made it very clear for me to understand the process.

Maria Medina was excellent. She took her time explaining everything and even contacted Beyond with me..

Alexandria was my representative that I worked with and she did an excellent job at answering all of my questions and explaining everything thoroughly! She was great to work with!

I have phone calls a month apart and both gentleman were fantastic. Helpful and kind. Couldn't ask for more.

My experience was made so enjoyable and easy by the girl that helped me through it! I can not remember her name but she was so helpful, kind and so patient. I wish I had written down her name so she would know how much I appreciate her kindness.

The application process could not have been easier. I was walked through the entire process and could stop to ask as many questions as needed. The staff was so courteous and made me feel at ease with the whole process. They explained everything right down to the penny!! I am so happy knowing that my credit will finally be on the rise and I will be out of debt in less time than I had originally thought. I never thought I would be approved for the loan considering where I was a year ago.
