My parents, at 82 decided to move and Rob has been a blessing. He has kept them updated constantly. Dave, dad, said they were quite daunted with the process as it's been many years since they moved but the process was made much easier with Rob's help.

We had the good fortune of finding Rob and Absolute Homes when we decided to step into the rental market for the first time. Simply put, Rob is a professional. He guided us through the process of putting the house up for rent, secured tenants and kept us fully informed at all stages. When we decided to sell the property, then Rob was highly knowledgeable of the local market and used his skills to help us secure a deal. We would thoroughly recommend speaking to Rob.

Absolute Homes acted for the seller of the property we have just purchased. Rob has at all times been extremely accommodating, prompt at responding to any queries and courteous. Thank you for your help and support in smoothing out the purchase process.

Rob really understands houseboats and living on the water. He produced a fantastic brochure - his photos were absolutely excellent as was his copy (descriptions). Most importantly Rob made sure potential buyers knew all of the unique aspects of buying a houseboat (even though ours is/was static. We therefore had no time-wasters and though the numbers of viewings was much smaller than for a house, each buyer had the means to purchase and understood what they were buying and had already answered many of their questions before they came. He always gave timely and honest feedback on viewings and although he was working for us and in our interests, he was always scrupulously fair and open with potential buyers. You cannot get a mortgage to buy a houseboat, so it is immediately only really true cash buyers who can be a realistic purchaser. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob if you live on or by the water.

Rob represents a great estate agent experience very helpful and understanding to our needs and got us over the line and into our perfect house. No request was ever too much!
