Spoke to Chris Browne a few weeks ago who took the time to talk me through the policy and explain it thoroughly within the way I can understand. He was very friendly Which made it easy to understand him. He told me about the Vitality app and sended the link to me. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Would recommend him to anyone.

Absolute Military Experience
I have been with Absolute since 2022. I remember Danielle Anderson delivering a brief in Maidstone and at the time I had multiple insurances with different companies which were very expensive.
I arranged a meeting with Danielle about reducing some of the policies and wrapping them into one. Not only did she reduce my payments, she explained the logic behind the policy changes. Very informative and very knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand.
Even though I am no longer in the Maidstone area, she has still kept in touch and has always been on hand to offer advice when required.
I can't thank her enough for solving a problem that was really starting to eat away at my finances. I would recommend Absolute in a heartbeat and have done so within my last role, engaging with UK North representatives over the last 2 years.

A very person centred approach from the team; not just a sales pitch as you’d expect, the team as a whole listen to your needs and wants and some great advice. In particular, Danielle has been instrumental in advice not just personally but across our organisation. I can personally guarantee a great service; if you don’t need it they won’t push it, if you don’t want it they won’t impose it. A pleasant encounter all round.

Maria is very helpful
I spoke to Maria, was very helpful, spent a lot of time going into detail about my debt and how i can be helped, spoke through vitality and helped me set up an account, i feel very comfortable that i would be able to contact Maria anytime for help about finances and my policy.
Maria is very kind, bubbly and helpful and has helped my mind to be very calm about my situation and feel comfortable getting out of it with her help!

Professional, Clear, and Understanding
Had a very positive series of engagements with Chris Browne. He took the time to u derstand my needs and assess a way ahead. He explained his thinking and rationale clearly without being pushy and also referred me to wider contacts in the business for other financial products that may be of benefit. Would go to him again for advice without hesitation.
